I got these about a month ago and they seem to be working. I have noticed an improvement in my digestive track and even seem to have more energy. I like that it's just one capsule a day and it's a normal size capsule with no funny smell like you get with some brands.

I have been taking the Sports Research Digestive Enzymes for a couple of weeks now and I do see improvement. The severe bloating after meals almost never happens now. I feel my digestive problems (noises,pain,bowels) are all improving. I will continue taking these because they are helping.

If you are a vitamin person or need something quick on the go like multivitamins, this is for you. However, there isn't anything particularly special about these. Personally, I dislike that there is only 30 capsules so if your partner wanted to also take them, you're buying more every 15 days. Overall, I do like the benefits and focusing on gut health, so this is great if you are just now getting into things of that nature.

If you don't have a gallbladder then this will be a life saver! I constantly have to go after I eat and these so far have made me feel normal! You just take it before a meal. It goes down easy, there is no after taste. It has changed my life in some way.
