I suffer from anxiety and have issues with a nasty bloated stomach. Since I've started taking these, my anxiety is almost gone and my stomach is feeling much better. Great product. I plan on taking these from now on. This probiotic has all the strains that are very good for digestion. I like that it is delay-release, non-GMO, 3rd party tested, and vegan. I love that I only have to take one capsule per day.

I like they have 12 lacto & bifidobacteria strains with 60 milligrams of prebiotics in each capsule. If you need to balance your gut health this product is one I would recommend to you.

I've been taking these after meals lately and they work so well! I have a super sensitive stomach and have a tough time digesting food, but this has helped so much. I'm also lactose intolerant which is so difficult for finding probiotics/supplements, but these do not contain dairy! Overall, I'm loving these and would recommend!

I got these a few weeks ago to try out and I have to say it has really helped with my digestive system. My gut health has gotten so much better since I started taking it. I like that it does have a harsh smell and they are easy to swallow pills. Will be using these from now own .

Call me a wimp, but I was really hoping these would be the smaller size, rather than the huge veg capsules that are harder to swallow. There's nothing jagged about them---it's just that they are not small, and not as pleasant to take as some of my other Sports Research supplements, which come in small softgel format. But that's just me---I can't stand horsepills of any sort. Many people don't have this hangup, and will probably find these pills to be tolerable.
