Overall, the sports research probiotic was good in size. It was easy to swallow and I felt that it kept my energy up through the day. The bottle was pretty unique as well.

I like to take some digestive enzymes occasionally to help my stomach. This has all kinds of good things in it plus ginger! I also like that it is plant based.
