I had a difficult time the first few days taking these enzymes but once my body was used to them they made eating yummy again. I found that I had to drink a LOT of water when taking the pill. It also helped to take it when eating in the morning. My stomach has felt calm while taking these.

I am very happy to have a plantbased option for probiotics. The actual capsule size is great. I have had some terrible indigestion after taking these a couple times and it tasted like straight powdered ginger so that's why I'm not giving 5 stars. I don't hate these however and will continue using them.
