I've always had issues having bowel movements and tried countless probiotics, softeners etc etc. you name it I've done it! This is the only and I mean only probiotic that has every worked! Like I go daily which never happens! I will never use any other product! Please don't change the formula ever!

I received Sports Research Probiotics. I take it once a day and it definitely work. They are great to cleanse your gut. It helps with bloating, and maintains healthy weight loss. I think they work better than other probiotics I have tried. They work great.

I read that you can test probiotics by putting them in milk. If the probiotics are alive and active, your milk will turn into yogurt. I figured why not? I mixed the content of one probiotic capsule in a glass of milk, hoping it would thicken by the next day. Let me tell you, it was thick yogurt in 2 hours. From this I conclude that SR probiotics have lots of live, active probiotics. I highly recommend them.

This pill is pretty large, so if you are not someone who likes taking pills this is not for you. I don't have a problem swallowing them, they are supposed to be good for digestion so I have been trying them out. I am having a hard time with the ginger aftertaste that I am getting though.

If you are a vitamin person or need something quick on the go like multivitamins, this is for you. However, there isn't anything particularly special about these. Personally, I dislike that there is only 30 capsules so if your partner wanted to also take them, you're buying more every 15 days. Overall, I do like the benefits and focusing on gut health, so this is great if you are just now getting into things of that nature.

First of all, I didn't know digestive enzymes existed.
