I have always had gas, bloating and stomach problems. And since I've taken these everything has become more regular and I have not had any gas heartburn or bloating. They are larger capsul But not hard to swallow. You just take one before each meal and You will immediately feel the effects

I received these probiotics for free in return of my honest review. I had never taken probiotics before but had been researching some. I suffer from anxiety and have issues with a nasty bloated stomach. Since I've started taking these, my anxiety is almost gone and my stomach is feeling much better. Great product. I plan on taking these from now on. This probiotic has all the strains that are very good for digestion. I like that it is delay-release, non-GMO, 3rd party tested, and vegan. I love that I only have to take one capsule per day.

Love these. They're vegan and have no smell. They're gluten free also. It is best to take these capsules with food as recommended on the back of the bottle. They include lacto and bifido bacteria (good bacteria) strains. Definitely a good prebiotic to add to your diet.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and have been taking them daily without fail. I am super picky when it comes to supplements etc. If I get the HINT that it's going to be hard to swallow I forgoe. This pill is does NOT have an after taste and is not terribly large, so fairly easy to swallow. I have felt better in the past weeks since I begun taking this.

I have been using this product for a few weeks and it works. I haven't had any acidic problems with food and it makes food for me more delightful because I don't have to be worried for the afterwards of eating. The size is small and I take one with a glass of water in the morning and it last till dinner time!
