[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the new Philips Sonicare for free as part of a product test. It is slimmer and more compact than my old Sonicare 9500. It has all the same features, but in a lighter handle body. I've used all the settings on the brush and they work well. I use GUM HEALTH in the morning when I don't have time to floss and CLEAN in the evening. The travel case is much smaller than the 9500's case which makes it easier to travel. I took away a star, however, because (i) the travel case isn't USB-C and requires a custom plug and (ii) the base charger is old school USB.

I love how easy it is To use, I love how it connects to the app and you can see your use. I am impressed with the way this product holds a charge. I love how you can choose different settings for each use as well. The only thing I did not like was at times the brush will not connect to the app and the only way to reconnect is to put on the charger and take off. Other than that, I would highly recommend this product to all my friends and family!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WOW! What an upgrade from my current toothbrush. I am told every time I go to see the dentist that I am putting to much pressure on my teeth when brushing. Since using this toothbrush along with the Sonicare app I am able to see in real time if I am applying to much pressure. I have been getting better at applying pressure and the app shows that. The app even shows how many uses the brush head has until it needs to be replaced. Phillips even makes traveling with the toothbrush easy. The brush comes with a travel case that is chargeable. I have found that the brush holds a charge for at least two weeks brushing twice a day. In the three weeks since I have been using the brush I have noticed less plaque build up and just an overall cleaner, heathier mouth. The only thing that took me a while to get use to is the size of the brush head. My mouth is small and it felt awkward the first few days of using it. This particular model pairs up with an app and tells you the amount of pressure you are using, what habits to continue or to work on and it has different settings depending on if you want to just clean your teeth or work on your gum heath. Personally, I enjoy using the gum heath setting because I get to brush my teeth over 3 minutes per session. My teeth feel absolutely fresh and I know I'm taking care of my teeth due to how they feel. It comes with a travel charger which comes in handy when traveling. This toothbrush is a total 2 thumbs up!

I literally feel like I just left the dentist after a cleaning. My spouse and I have also tried the main competition and have not liked them. I would highly recommend this Sonicare toothbrush.

I love that you can set a variety of settings that fit your oral health needs (clean, sensitive, white, gum health). The accompany Phillips Sonicare app is also great to use, because the toothbrush is Bluetooth enabled and allows you to sync up your usage. I'm currently testing the product and it's exceeding my expectations so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this new generation of handle for free as part of a product test, as an owner of 3 other sonicare handles(4100 for the car glovebox,and my camping kit, 7500 for home) I really like this new design of handle, it has much nicer indicator for the pressure sensitivity, this one has a bright RGB ring around the base that lets you know when pressure is too high and when you have correctly placed it on the charger, the old design was very hard to see the indicator when in use due to viewing angle. this is the one id get if I were looking for a step into sonicare devices for the first time.
