[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this new generation of handle for free as part of a product test, as an owner of 3 other sonicare handles(4100 for the car glovebox,and my camping kit, 7500 for home) I really like this new design of handle, it has much nicer indicator for the pressure sensitivity, this one has a bright RGB ring around the base that lets you know when pressure is too high and when you have correctly placed it on the charger, the old design was very hard to see the indicator when in use due to viewing angle. this is the one id get if I were looking for a step into sonicare devices for the first time.

This comes with a charging travel case and usb charger. I love that you can link this to the app to get your daily brushing guide and brush head replacement reminder.

The levels are ok, but very intense especially for a first time user. I finally was able to find the level I was able to tolerate and am satisfied now. I would recommend this item with the caveat of using with care due to the intensity. Overall good product.

It's fairly good at reaching those back corners, but too small to get a good brush on the tongue. It's also a little annoying because it stops working randomly for blips and its frustrating to get in a good rhythm and have it pause and halt brushing momentarily. I'd rather use my manual toothbrush.

I especially like the visible pressure alert (light at the bottom of the brush) that lets you know if you are brushing too hard, and the charging travel case is very convenient. I did receive this toothbrush for free as part of a product test, but I would buy it after using it- highly recommend!

I love that you can set a variety of settings that fit your oral health needs (clean, sensitive, white, gum health). The accompany Phillips Sonicare app is also great to use, because the toothbrush is Bluetooth enabled and allows you to sync up your usage. I'm currently testing the product and it's exceeding my expectations so far.
