Carpet Cleaner worked like a charm the first couple weeks of using it. We used it a total of maybe 4-5 times. Once the battery started to deplete, we put it on the charger but it would not charge it would drain the battery. We made sure it was the correct charger and even checked for damage on the charger itself and the carpet cleaner but they both looked in perfect condition. So disappointed that this carpet cleaner failed at so early. I feel like I wasted my money. We have 3 cats who tend to urinate outside the litter box when we are away and the carpet cleaner did a great job of cleaning up the smell and remove stains. Just didn’t last us that long.

A must have if you have pets, sooner or later they will have an accident. The only issue with this is that the blower exhausts from the bottom so if it is sitting on top of carpet it restrict the air flow somewhat. I just use my free hand to tilt it slightly.

I absolutely love this product! I live with 3 dogs and 2 cats and accidents happen. This little machine is so easy to pull out of the box, add cleaning solution to, and get the clean-up started. When done, clean up of the machine is oh so easy. I have used bigger carpet cleaners and smaller ones. The bigger ones are cumbersome and the smaller ones are big enough to do a thorough cleaning without having to refill and empty, etc. This machine is JUST RIGHT! I definitely recommend it!

If I could give it 0 stars I would I bought mines it worked fine less than a month it stop working.

The vacuum is great for spills or pet accidents. It has really helped with my new puppy.
