Ease of use is superb.

The cartridge was easily installed and the ink quality was high. HP also provided a returned label for recycling the old cartridge.

Expensive and poor website ordering. Notice for low toner prompts replacement unnecessarily early. Borderline scam.

Toner 218X last a lot long than toner 218A. Great copies

Very easy to install, easiest from other brands. This was purchased with all toners needed.

The toner HP 218X lasts a lot longer that HP 218A. Our printer has no problems with this toner.
