I bought some non-HP cartridges and that was a huge mistake I will never make sgain. After replacing the non-HP cartridges with the real thing it has been smooth sailing. I use my HP Printer a lot, and with the right cartridges all is good.

Dont use other brands because they ink is very light colored and the cartridge doesnt last long. I tried 2 different kinds. One required replacing the chip in the cartridge. The second did not require it. Both cartridges only lasted 2 months. The HP has deep color and lasts long.

Lifesaver for the printer with small starter pack. Wish it wasn't so expensive and the chip makes it a lock in for us unfortunately but is does somewhat guarranty good results! Easy to change.

Quality and genuine HP replacement product

Easy to install. Was confused about which cartridges were suitable for my new HP and was grateful for the support that directed me to what I needed.

As we all know, HP is just simply very hard to beat. If they simply keep up the great job, innovation, GOOD parts, they should stay on top.

These ink cartridges should contain more ink. They seem to be used up very quickly. I used a similar one in the MP 430 printer at work and they lasted for ever. If I were to purchase another printer I would purchase the MP 430 because the ink cartridges lasted much longer.

It's massively overpriced, like 3-4x overpriced.

Super expensive product. It works but the cost of toner and all that the company does to prevent purchase from any other company should be criminal.

The cost of replacing toner cartridges is exhorbitant. The materials involved manufacturing the toner cartridges do not justify the high replacement cost. We participate in the recycling program. Why can't we purchase recycled cartridges, or at least get a credit to apply to replacements? This lowers my opinion of the HP brand.
