It stores easily in my pantry and I like the screw on lid so it stays fresh and I don't have to clip it closed. You will always find it in my pantry because it's a staple in my kitchen. This time I experimented by doing risotto in the instant pot (and I was honestly shocked that it turned out so perfectly) and topping it with roasted acorn squash. It was so delicious and perfect for miserable rainy weather. I love this brand and will definitely continue purchasing it.

Also it took forever for it to finish . This dish is a labor of love truly because the mix and stir process is time consuming . Over all I'm going to finish it up ,but I'll leave this to the chefs
