This worked perfectly for my usual recipe which consists of butter, rice and chicken stock, stirred often over a 20-min time period to get the right consistency. This rice has good flavor and the color is the same as any other arborio rice. The starch in it is perfect for creating the risotto. Love the container it comes in for easy storage.

Also it took forever for it to finish . This dish is a labor of love truly because the mix and stir process is time consuming . Over all I'm going to finish it up ,but I'll leave this to the chefs

The grants toast, evenly, release starch, gradually, and hold their shape while still getting creamy. I used it for a shrimp and mushroom risotto and a cooked very consistently without turning mushy super reliable for risotto and other creamy rice dishes, and the large container is convenient to keep on hand if you cooked often.

Quality though, this rice was perfect to make a pumpkin risotto with and I enjoy that the container itself makes pouring, measuring, and storage easier than in a bag of rice.

This arborio rice was easy to use despite risotto needing constant attention. I made this vegan with vegetable broth and topping it with roasted veggies and vegan parm. It was such an interesting al dente texture and so tasty! I do think it's a dish that gets better with practice, so I'm happy to have a huge container of it. Definitely recommend chefs and foodies alike having this in their pantry.

I ended up using this rice to make a mushroom risotto. It was very easy to use and the turned out perfectly. The container is a great storage for it and doesn't get lost in the pantry while keeping the rice fresh for when I next use it to cook.
