Also it took forever for it to finish . This dish is a labor of love truly because the mix and stir process is time consuming . Over all I'm going to finish it up ,but I'll leave this to the chefs

The container is perfect for storage. I've used this product before and will continue to use it in the future.

However, after trying this brand, the difference was immediately clear. From the moment I opened the bag, the aroma was much more pronounced and fresh. ​During the cooking process, I noticed the grains held their shape perfectly without becoming mushy, which had always been a slight issue with the cheaper brands I used before. The final texture was incredibly creamy, yet it maintained that perfect "al dente" bite in the center. The risotto I made with it turned out absolutely amazing—it tasted like something served at a high-end restaurant. I'm officially making the switch and won't be going back to the store brand!

Quality though, this rice was perfect to make a pumpkin risotto with and I enjoy that the container itself makes pouring, measuring, and storage easier than in a bag of rice.

I made it the same way, just added some thyme and saffron at the end. Great absorption and uniform grains. Definitely will be purchasing the next time I need to make a delicious risotto.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been trying to find a new brand of Arborio since my favorite one has been discontinued. Out of the brands I've tested this one is my go to choice, though it doesn't quite plump up as much as I like. It cooks in pretty much the same time without much variation. It absorbs the liquid quickly and well. I usually put a cup more liquid than it recommends on the box and omit the wine. It comes out with a bit of resistance but not a crunch. I just wish it was a bit thicker in size. I like that the container reseals easily as it does sit in the cabinet a bit till I use it again. My favorite thing to make with it is my mum's salmon risotto. Mine is never going to be as good as hers, but it's pretty close! This rice doesn't let me down.

This dish takes just under 30 minutes and comes together in one pan and turned out super creamy. The rice absorbed all of the butter and chicken broth I slowly stirred in. I added some frozen cooked shrimp at the end for my husband, and he loved them. I didn't have chicken on hand, but next time I'd add chicken on top for myself for added protein. He said this dish is a keeper!

This arborio rice was easy to use despite risotto needing constant attention. I made this vegan with vegetable broth and topping it with roasted veggies and vegan parm. It was such an interesting al dente texture and so tasty! I do think it's a dish that gets better with practice, so I'm happy to have a huge container of it. Definitely recommend chefs and foodies alike having this in their pantry.
