It takes time to cook it cause you have to cook it slow and watch it so it doesn't burn, but I would definitely recommend this rice. This is my first time making risotto from scratch so I appreciate the directions back.

Also it took forever for it to finish . This dish is a labor of love truly because the mix and stir process is time consuming . Over all I'm going to finish it up ,but I'll leave this to the chefs
