[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came out so good. I followed the risotto recipe on the back minus the shallots, but it came out really good. It takes time to cook it cause you have to cook it slow and watch it so it doesn’t burn, but I would definitely recommend this rice. This is my first time making risotto from scratch so I appreciate the directions back.

Next time, I will definitely add some mushrooms. The moisture absorbed correctly, leaving a beautiful texture. The flavor was very good. Their is a versatile short grain rice. The packaging is perfect for keeping it fresh and easy to reclose, which is very nice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this Arborio rice! It makes the best risotto. It’s high quality and absorbs a lot of liquid, which makes for a delicious, creamy risotto. My husband makes a mushroom risotto that is to die for with this Arborio rice. He’s very particular about what he cooks with, and this met his standards. The jar is large and has about 20 servings worth. We’ve made risotto four times and still have plenty left. We’ll definitely be buying this again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've wanted to try my hand at risotto for a really long time, and i finally decided to try my hand at it. This arborio rice was easy to use despite risotto needing constant attention. I made this vegan with vegetable broth and topping it with roasted veggies and vegan parm. It was such an interesting al dente texture and so tasty! I do think it's a dish that gets better with practice, so I'm happy to have a huge container of it. Definitely recommend chefs and foodies alike having this in their pantry.

It all came out well and the rice was tender and cooked well. I've also used this rice in risotto before and it works great for that as well.

However, after trying this brand, the difference was immediately clear. From the moment I opened the bag, the aroma was much more pronounced and fresh. ​During the cooking process, I noticed the grains held their shape perfectly without becoming mushy, which had always been a slight issue with the cheaper brands I used before. The final texture was incredibly creamy, yet it maintained that perfect "al dente" bite in the center. The risotto I made with it turned out absolutely amazing—it tasted like something served at a high-end restaurant. I’m officially making the switch and won't be going back to the store brand!

Also it took forever for it to finish . This dish is a labor of love truly because the mix and stir process is time consuming . Over all I’m going to finish it up ,but I’ll leave this to the chefs
