Sams Club is trying to sell us the 80/20 ground beef sliders instead the 93% lean for the same price. Shopoers feel cheated.

The chef seasoned some with good old fashioned salt and pepper and others with uncle Chris. Everyone complimented the sliders and the chef

I use these to make smash burgers on my griddle placed on my gas grill. Add to to a bun and dress as desired. DELICIOUS!

80/20 good to have on hand/great size for kids or sliders. If you want bigger, just use 2 or more patties

Meat was changed from ground sirloin to idk what. Meat had stiff chunks in it after cooking that made it unpleasant to chew
