[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this to try for an honest review. This smells delightful. It's easy to apply and my hair felt soft. Unfortunately, I had more shedding and breakage than before using. I had to stop using. I'm bummed. I really wanted to love this.

The texture is lightweight and slightly watery, making it easy to apply directly with the dropper. It doesn't feel greasy, which I appreciated. Since this is a serum and not a shampoo, there is no lather which is expected. The absorption was average, but my scalp never felt like it's fully sucked in instead it left my it so itchy with a lot of dandruffs. This is why it did not work for me.

I do also use it as a living conditioner. I put a little water in a bottle and whenever I do, the volume is really nice so I will definitely buy this again.

My hair is easy to detangler and I loved the beats as well. This conditioner matched with the shampoo and smelled so so good.

I have fine, straight hair, so I was extremely nervous that this would leave my hair looking oily. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find it did the exact opposite! It actually gives my roots a nice little boost and helps keep my hair from getting oily as quickly as it usually does. When you apply it to your scalp, you get this amazing, cool tingling sensation that feels so refreshing. Since dealing with postpartum changes, my hair feels so much healthier and seems to be growing a lot better.

If you're someone who constantly heat styles their hair then it might be different but the fact that I had to blow dry my hair every time I used this was annoying. I have wavy hair so it obviously messed up my texture. It did add volume so that was nice for styling. I did enjoy the smell. At the end of it I feel like you get the same results with or without the serum. It just wasn't for me.
