It did not give me any root lift, help with growth, or strengthen my hair. All this did was make my scalp tingly and have a strong perfumey smell. It also left a weird coating behind on my hair which I was not a fan of.

My hair feels thicker, stronger, more manageable with less breakage and frizz. My hair is nice and soft and smells so good after each use. It does contain an alcohol so it's possible if you have a sensitive scalp that it will irritate your skin. I've noticed less shedding but not much new growth as of yet.
