It smells amazing and leaves your hair feeling great. The conditioner is creamy and soft and rinses out well. It did not leave my hair feeling weighted down or greasy like some others in the same price point do. My daughter has always dealt with hair shedding and has noticed a significantly reduced amount of hair lose after using this product for 30+ days. We will continue to buy.

I'm still losing tons of hair. I used it for 6 weeks but I also might not wash my hair often enough lol. I will definitely continue use until I run out! I was my hair usually once a week and the serum didn't cause any additional oiliness even when used daily!

I use it after washing and sometimes between washings, there is a real feeling of freshness. It seems that the hair at the roots has become stronger and falls out less when combing, I also like that there is no stickiness or dirty hair effect.

The conditioner is a miss for me personally. I feel like it never left my hair feeling hydrated enough. Overall this is not a product I would purchase again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This serum surprised me a minute after I used it because my scalp started to feel really cool and I read the ingredients to find that it has menthol in it haha. So be aware that you'll get a cool feeling where the serum goes! I liked the smell of this (a bit of a fruity smell?) and it applied like a watery thick gel on the scalp. The bottle is substantial in weight and feels like glass! The applicator is a dropper that helps apply the serum in accurate areas and applies well. I see some growth in the areas that I applied it which was exciting!
