I’ve now used the smoker several times for Brisket, Chicken and pulled pork. It worked great and was so easy to use! I used the probe twice and time and temperature once for the chicken. It came out wonderfully it all times.

I think the design concept of the machine is great however the machine fail fails on functionality. After cooking, my house was always filled with smoke and the cook was not the same as using an outdoor smoker.

[Employee of ge_appliances] This is a fantastic product. Creates a surprising amount of smoke, is intuitive to navigate the settings, and is easy to clean. The suggested recipes in the guide are also really good! Now, the capacity is limited, which should be expected given it is a counter-top appliance. However, this is no reason to dock it stars, as this is an incredible appliance. You won't regret the purchase!
