I was honestly blown away by how effective this indoor smoker is. As someone who lives in an apartment and can’t use an outdoor smoker, this has completely changed my cooking game. The flavor it gives to meats, veggies, and even cheese is rich, deep, and authentic — just like a traditional smoker.

It is uper easy to set up and used. This product is my life savior, since I am a working mom which I have a limited time to prepare the food for my family, so it such a smart way for me to smoke meats, seafood, vegetables, and more, any time. I am super happy that this product delivered true wood-smoked flavor. I love the quality of this smart smoker, it's sturdy, very well made and high technology. I highly recommend this product to everyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a real lover of smoked food, I am super impressed by an indoor smoker. First of all the concept just blows my mind. Secondly it works better then a traditional smoker and is so much easier to use. I have already made a brisket and chicken wings. Both have been super tasty and I got more compliments on these 2 then anything I ever made before. I would definitely recommend this!

But after getting through them, it couldn't be any easier to use! I've smoked ribs and have also smoked brisket in it since getting it. Everything came out perfect and so tender. It's like a crockpot but 10 times better! You can really just leave it there and let it do its work and not have to worry about it until you need to flip it over. I'm so glad I can now get that great smoked flavor without having to go outside to do it! I am truly in love with this thing and plan on cooking soooooooo much more in it!

I was one of the lucky ones to back this product before it was finalized by GE. I was in the first 100 to get my machine and I must say, I’ve been BLOWN away and in love with my GE Profile Smoker since I received it. I’ve tried just about everything in it, including smoking peaches and I just keep finding MORE stuff to smoke. I highly recommend it as it so user friendly, easy to clean, and has a great cooking guide/facebook group to help get things going. If you haven’t bought it yet? You’re seriously missing out on one of the best inventions yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The idea of smoking food was always something I didn’t think I’d ever do because I’m a busy mom and my husband works full time but with this new smoker it’s opened up a whole new world of cooking for us!! The recipes that came with the smoker are all awesome! My only complaint is that there are not more!! We are doing a brisket today! Their step by step directions make it so easy, any one can learn to do this! Can’t wait to try more!!
