I've used it 3 times so far, worked great everytime. The capacity is a little smaller than I thought, but it still hold temperature well. Seems to be built well and is easy to use. The controls are nice, especially the app. So far it's doing exactly what I wanted it to so far.

The only downfall is this thing is heavy and it is a bit large. The need for a dedicated circuit is a bit of a pain as well

The smoker works well. I have used it three times, beef ribs, brisket and pork ribs. I used the recommended settings for all three. The beef ribs turned out the best at the recommended probe temp of 190 degrees. Both the brisket and the pork ribs turned out a little dry using the probe temp of 200 and 190 respectively. Perhaps the temp probe is not accurate, so it might require experimenting some, perhaps using an external temp probe for comparison. Otherwise, all the controls worked well, and the smoking process went smoothly. No smoke in the house and the unit is quiet.

It works well with wifi and the app. I love smoking food but hate going outside in the cold to do it. This totally eliminates the problem since it's in the house. The food tastes great! I have smoked whole chickens and beef roasts so far. I really liked the wood pellets that came with it. The recipe book was very helpful also. I absolutely love this I door smoker!! I encourage anyone who loves smoked meat and easy cooking to purchase this.

Just got it. Made some great ribs and a really good brisket. As an apartment dweller I can't have a full size smoker but this has been working great. Apartment smells like a campfire while the actual smoking is going on but no lingering smell. Cleanup is pretty easyl.

It was easy to set up, the quality of this GE smoker is fantastic. You do need pellets it's not included. The first thing I smoked was a rack of ribs. Very very juicy! I definitely recommend this appliance to those who love smoker appliances.

I love the fact that you can cook and smoke your meats right in your own kitchen with real wood pellets and not have to worry about smoke in your the house. This smoker has a filter system that really works well keeping the smoke from escaping into the house. In addition, there are pre-programmed settings for so many meats including pork, beef, ribs and so much more. This smoker cooks well and smokes even better. Only downside you should have a dedicated circuit for this indoor smoker. Good news is we had one. If your looking for an absolutely amazing in door smoker that uses real wood pellets you found it. I would say that this smoker works just as well if not better than the outdoor smoker that I have. I would and have recommended this smoker to friends and family!

So far in the 3 weeks we have owned this we have smoked chicken thighs, turkey roast, whole turkey breast, salmon, brisket, pumpkin pie (yes, I cooked and smoked a raw pumpkin pie in it!), eggs (for smoked deviled eggs for Thanksgiving) and this weekend will be a pork butt for pulled pork. EVERYTHING we have smoked turned out delicious. The food was never dried out (I was concerned about my brisket being dry, but it wasn't) nor was the flavor of the food over powered by the taste of smoke. During use we've smelled a little smoke smell, maybe about the same you would smell from a wood burning fireplace, but have a CO detector that we place on the counter next to the smoker, and even with the 10 hour brisket cook, it never beeped! Our smoke smell dissipated in just a few hours after we finished using the smoker Clean up is simple, warm water, mild dish soap on a sponge and a terry cloth towel to wipe dry the inside of the unit. Currently I have been using the Kona premium blend pellets for everything but the chicken. With that I use a basil & thyme pellet. I have ordered the Kona variety pack that is 8 one pound packs of different pellets. We cannot wait for those to come in.

Works as advertised. Easy to use. No smoke (though you will smell the wood aroma which is awesome!) Has three racks. I was able to do a 12 pound brisket on two racks. Next did some baby back ribs. Both were great! WIFI connected and you can control a lot of setting straight from the app. My only issue is with cleaning the inside of the smoker. Some what difficult and really should be done while the oven is still warm. If you let it sit a day, get ready to scrub for a while.
