It’s easy to use, recipes are simple to follow, I love using the app to help me prepare my favorite meals and keep up with the temperature and time. I highly recommend to anyone who loves the taste of smoked meats and vegetables but is looking to bring it inside and enjoy cooking from the comfort of your kitchen. [Employee of ge_appliances] I enjoy being able to make grilled/smoked meat inside. I am getting better at gauging how long and what temp to cook my favorite cut of meat. I was afraid the house would smell like smoke. It smells just as if I would have cooked the item in the oven. I have to use the 5-smoke setting as the 3-setting provided little to no smoke flavor.

The GE Profile indoor smoker cooks really well with the included temperature probe. It's nice looking and doesn't take up much counter space considering how much you can cook in it. Instructions are good and comes with a recipe book. A good amount of heat and food cooking smell comes from under the front door, just like an oven, so you need to crack a window and turn on the kitchen/stove fan. I had an outdoor electric smoker years ago and this has been a wonderful replacement. More convenient and easier to keep clean than the outdoor smoker.

I do have this in my house and used it to cook and smoke different types of meat from ribs to pork and chicken to venison. I’ve never tasted such flavorful meat! If you use the right temperature and smoke, the meat turns out perfectly tender and delicious. You need one of these smokers ! You won’t be disappointed!

I don't have to constantly walk up and down steps to check my food. I am blown away by the quality and ease of use this machine and there is zero smoke. Total game changer.

Wow. This is one of those rare times when a product didn’t just mostly do what was claimed or sort of do it but not really well. This thing seriously smokes, does it well, and really does not release any of the smoke. It arrived yesterday and I used it today. Whole chicken, no time to brine it, but it was incredibly juicy with a real smoke flavor. And… no smoke in our home! Our air purifier barely noticed a thing. Now, the area will smell like you’re smoking something, but once done it dissipated pretty quickly.

I'm over the moon with the my kitchen smoker. I smoked pork ribs last night and they turned out not only very flavorful, but the moistness level was delicious. Also to my delight, my house was not filled with any smokiness. It was also very easy to use. One of my better purchases

With this device I was able to get my favorite meats & vegetables just right! Not only does this device look futuristic with its Digital Touch- it’s even crazier that you can modify everything at the palm of your hand with the app! With long days away from home, the crockpot was the only thing I could reply on until I received this product! & I’m speechless how sufficient this is for our family- saving me time, while being trustworthy to leave running while I’m out! It cooked our brisket meal perfectly, I was at awe with how well our meal turned out, I’m amazed by how easy it is to clean & how the application on your phone makes you aware of its every motion be it preheating, smoking, clearing the smoke, done & keeping the meat nice & warm! Sending you warnings if the doors open as well! We have no complaints with this product, as it’s now our new & favorite method for cooking. We did notice one discrepancy with the utensils that came with the machine. It came with a meat thermometer that appears to look like it goes into the machine to check the temperature of your meat digitally. After taking our time going through the directions & looking at every inch of the machine - we could not find where the thermometer gets plugged into. Other than that- we’ve recommended this product to family & friends & it’s been a hit for the holidays! 10/10!!

Also it is a pellet smoker.i love cooking food it .my new favorite way to cook . This smoker is high quality and well made. Clean up is easy and a breeze. I definitely would recommend this ge smoker to anyone.
