I just used my smoker for the first time today !! I already love it ... I was apprehensive when I first heard about an indoor smoker and thought there's no way you could keep the smoke under control in your house.. but I found out today it absolutely does .. the flavor is awesome, better than off my Traeger pellet smoker .. I liked how easy it is to use, the compactness makes it so easy to fix a meal in a smaller surface for a smaller group rather using a full size grill/smoker .. Am anxious to keep learning and cooking with it .. It's just a really great and easy smoker to use and the smoky flavor is amazing.

One thing that I absolutely love about it, is the diffrent setting and functions are so easily to use. For it to be indoor smoker you can't smell any kind of smoke, only thing you can smell is the food that is smoking. Great quality for sure. I highly recommend this to everyone.

This is the appliance I have been waiting for. Its performance is outstanding. No more obstacles due to the weather or environment, for smoking your favorite item, not to mention the convenience of inside smoking. The entree you are smoking comes out like you had smoked the item on an outside grill. The key is to smoke low temperature and slow. It will be delicious. A wonderful addition to any home kitchen, the GE Profile Indoor Smoker is a beautiful design. The Smoker is easy to use for a variety of meats and other foods. The graphic display has a number of pre-programmed recipes, or allows the user to fully customize a recipe based on their needs. The Smoker connects via WiFi to the GE SmartHQ app, which allows the user to monitor the smoker remotely. Cleanup is simple, as racks are stainless steel and the smoker interior is machine enamel. The large viewing window and interior light allows the user to monitor the smoking process. The probe works flawlessly, and is highly accurate. Longer smoking periods - and depending on pellets - can require pellet or water additions; again simple. In two weeks, have used six different pellets, and have smoked chicken pieces, whole chicken, pork ribs, ribeyes, tri-tips, and briskets. The ease of use and versatility quickly build confidence in the user, ensuring the machine will see frequent use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im a huge smoker fan. I have a pellet smoker. A gravity charcoal smoker. And now this indoor pellet smoker. It’s not very big so if your needing it for big jobs it may not be ideal but for a family home and dinners it is absolutely amazing. I was very skeptical that it would smoke up the house but not a single bit escapes and it does such an amazing job. So delicious.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love smoking and grilling but HATE standing outside when the weather isn’t nice so this was just a perfect way to get that perfect smoked quality food within the comfort of our home. It’s also the size of a mini wine fridge and doesn’t look like an eye sore at all.

The GE Profile indoor smoker cooks really well with the included temperature probe. It's nice looking and doesn't take up much counter space considering how much you can cook in it. Instructions are good and comes with a recipe book. A good amount of heat and food cooking smell comes from under the front door, just like an oven, so you need to crack a window and turn on the kitchen/stove fan. I had an outdoor electric smoker years ago and this has been a wonderful replacement. More convenient and easier to keep clean than the outdoor smoker.

I love the fact that even in an apartment or indoor setting i can still have smoked food! The smell coming off of the smoker smells reminiscent of firewood so it doesn't stink up the house. The temperature and smoke controls are two different things which gives so much flexibility when cooking.

We are now able to smoke meats indoors, without the smoke, just the sweet, sweet smell of smoked food. This smoker is very simple to set up, get the app all set up, and ready to start the first smoking job, with the ease of the app and the instructions included, we were ready to begin in no time! There are 5 adjustable smoke settings, and 6 preset settings for this smoker, the preset options are nice for the beginner smoker, and the 5 adjustable settings are great for a person who has experience, and wants to experiment to get their perfect flavor. The pellets are very simple to use, and not many are required for each use, it is very efficient, and a lot less used than with an outdoor smoker. The pellets are collected in a water tank making clean up a breeze, as you let them cool and throw them out. The drip pan is very simple to clean as well, just wipe it out, then wipe clean with dish soap. The 3 racks, are also not hard to clean, as they can be soaked, and food comes right off. The built in temperature probe is very handy, as it is always updating the app with the temp of the food, as well as it is very simple to use without the app to see the temp of the food. The pulled pork that we had smoked turned out fantastic with this smoker, better than we ever imagined, the flavor was perfect, not strong, and definitely not weak. The pork pulled apart with ease, had the perfect smoked color, and flavor. The smoker is the depth of a normal size counter, after it cooled down, we cleaned it, we have it stored in the cabinet, as to not take up all our counter space. The smoker, does provide a strong smoking smell into our home, it is not vented out very well, making our home smell like a firepit. Overall the food smoked is great, flavor is amazing, easy set up, wonderful app control, we have no complaints!
