[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am huge fan of smoking meat - brisket, ribs, pork butt, chicken, you name it. This new GE smoker is a game changer. I don't have to constantly walk up and down steps to check my food. I am blown away by the quality and ease of use this machine and there is zero smoke. Total game changer.

I will comment that I liked this product. The first time I used it, it worked like a smoker. Unfortunately, the second time, the appliance got stuck in preheating and never finished, so I couldn’t smoke my brisket and had to return it. Sadly, it was too good to be true that we could smoke our food indoors the house.

I have used this in my home for at least a month. Everything from unboxing experience to the feel of the knob and the study-ness on your counter - left a great impression. Also it does not change your indoor air, the filtration system they are using is next level. I think it feels no more concerning than a indoor microwave. Also because you use this over hours of use, this is kind of like a smoke powered sous-vide cooker. It cookes from the inside out and on a slow cook basis. The control panel and buttons are top notch. You won't find confusing menus or weird icons here, things are laid out like they make sense. It reminds me of the first iPod. There is a knob to navigate or tweak, and only two buttons (back and start). If you have used an iPod or a smart phone, you will be at home here, and will appreciate the thought they have put in to the control/design. Its plenty spacious inside without making it too big to fit on a counter top. Its a big heavy, so you will likely want to make sure you have enough space on your kitchen setup. The food is absolutely amazing. Everything is juicy, delicate and reveals the true flavor, rather than imparting the fake chemical smoke flavor. The pellets you use matter, so make sure you use the best wood you can afford. My absolute favorite is the new smoke salsa. Here is what you do: - Jalapeno, sliced seeded. - Anejo peppers, sliced seeded. - Tomatoes (thick slices, seeds optional) - Lime halves (yes!, slice limes, and smoke them). - Onions Smoke the ingredients above. Most of the ingredients will be ready at the same time. Mix all of this with some cilantro and optionally can add more diced tomatoes. Squeeze the juice of the smoken lemon. Add salt and pepper to taste. You will not experience better salsa than this!

Love this thing it is amazing and the temperature probe is great it cooks food to perfection. Holds enough pellets to get a good smoke. Food comes out flavorful and delicious every time. The size is perfect for a family of 4. The controls are easy to use and understand. It is quality construction and heavy duty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received and used the new GE Profile Smart Indoor Smoker, I was very skeptical on how this was going to work because I’ve used an outdoor electric smoker and an outdoor regular smoker and it was hard for me to imagine being able to smoke indoors without any smoke But I was very impressed with the GE Indoor smoker. It was easy to set up, it was easy to use, I smoked chicken wings and a pork roast and both turned out delicious and full of flavor. And it really is smokeless I used it indoors And didn’t have any issues with smoke. This is an awesome smoker and a great option for indoors whether you want to use it in your garage or in your home

I absolutely LOVE this smoker! I've been using it at least weekly if not several times a week. It's perfect for me and my husband. Once you smoke some potatoes with onions and peppers, you'll be hooked! I've smoked Mac n cheese, and even boiled eggs (yes, made an amazing egg salad). Not too mention wings, chicken quarters, ribs, sausage, jerky, brisket, and even a chuck roast! There is a learning curve (I suggest buying a smoking cook book) but once you figure everything out, you'll love it! My only negative is the internal meat thermometer. It's awkward to use with limited flexibility. I have a digital one with four connections on a thin wire. I can use that and close the door properly just like my oven. Best money I've ever spent!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how this smoker cooks the food. It's so simple to use. Setting it up was easy as well. When it's time for clean up the racks come out and it's pretty much just a wipe down. It can smoke a lot at one time. I use this everyday now because it's healthier since I don't have to add butter and it also tastes better then if I grilled it. My favorite part is that while it's smoking I can do other things. The timer works great and once the cooking timer is over it automatically goes into the warming option.

It is my first indoor grilling tool and I can honestly say that | was skeptical of it at first, but immediately fell in love with it on the very first try of using it! The filtration system truly works and ensures that you do not have any smoke or ashiness inside your home during use. You can smell it as it cooks like you would if you were cooking on the stove, but no smoke irritation occurs. Set up was a breeze with how sleek and compact designed this is. You are able to set up and get going within five minutes of opening the box. Pop the racks in and remove the packaging materials and go! GE Profile truly designed a sleek and modern look with this smoker. It is smooth to the touch and does not have any bulky edges. It has a modern digital touch to use the controls via smoker or you can use the app to fully control and customize your cooking experience. This is a rapid way for me to smoke my ribs now as it cooks faster than a normal smoker while leaving them tender and juicy by using the temperature probe in the app to monitor how fast it is cooking. I have not burnt a single thing since setting up the app and using it while cooking. I have enjoyed cooking with pellets as I can easily flavor my food by using them in the smoker and they make clean up a breeze! I found that it was easy to clean with a simple swipe of a damp cloth on the interior and then a scrub of the drip pan and we are done! I will deep clean my grates once a month to ensure they are shiny and clean, but any food debris completely wipes off using a rag. I am highly impressed with this smoker and would definitely recommend it to anyone who loves to grill or smoke meats! 10/10 stars on this one from my family!
