[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am huge fan of smoking meat - brisket, ribs, pork butt, chicken, you name it. This new GE smoker is a game changer. I don't have to constantly walk up and down steps to check my food. I am blown away by the quality and ease of use this machine and there is zero smoke. Total game changer.

I love the idea of this and was ready to give it a shot!! This was the day it shows up. But once I unpacked everything there were no pellets... Every review I watched said it came with a bag and mine didn't... I wasn't able to use it because everything was closed and it sadly ruined our night. I look forward to trying this tomorrow. But be warned it does NOT come with pellets even though everyone says it does...

This product is absolutely fantastic. It is absolutely cold outside, this indoor smoker allows me to stay in the house nice and warm. I have larger smokers that require being outside to use. I do notvalways feeling like using g those bigger ones in below zero weather, which is why I am glad that I purchased this.

I was one of the lucky ones to back this product before it was finalized by GE. I was in the first 100 to get my machine and I must say, I’ve been BLOWN away and in love with my GE Profile Smoker since I received it. I’ve tried just about everything in it, including smoking peaches and I just keep finding MORE stuff to smoke. I highly recommend it as it so user friendly, easy to clean, and has a great cooking guide/facebook group to help get things going. If you haven’t bought it yet? You’re seriously missing out on one of the best inventions yet.

From purchased to bringing the indoor smoker home. Learning the smoker which was very easy, instructions was very specific and clear to understand. The presets was a good learning step but after a little adjustments,I'm locked in. I really love and appreciate your product, I use it almost every weekend. Looking forward to what GE produces next. As it sets right now this is the pinnacle of indoor smokers

This is a great machine with a couple of notes. Producing more smoke would be nice. Even in the highest smoke setting. Circulation could be better. It’s significantly hotter at the top of the chamber. Especially on the top right side. Requiring turning of the item multiple times during the cook to prevent burning. You can increase smoke into the item by waiting till the preheat is over then waiting to put your item in until you actually see smoke. You can easily lose 25min waiting for smoke to start going. It Would be nice if smoke actually started at the end of the preheat cycle. That out of the way…. I would buy this machine again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I saw an indoor counter top smoker I thought I was dreaming. We like to smoke brisket year round and being in the Midwest it makes for uncomfortable weather conditions while smoking. This indoor smoker is beautiful and amazing. It has several cooking modes including Brisket which makes it super easy. The racks are very nice and has a drip pan as well as thermometer. It also has an auto keep warm feature that is phenomenal. This was easy to set up. I was slightly intimidated at the thought of operating it but it was a breeze and comes with very detailed instructions. This is a MUST buy!

Looking for an awesome smoker that won't drive you crazy? The GE Digital Electric Smoker is a total game-changer. It's basically smoking on easy mode - just punch in your temperature, toss in your meat, and let it do its thing. No more babysitting your food or fiddling with wood chips every hour. The digital controls make it super simple to use, plus it's built like a tank and has plenty of space to smoke everything from ribs to whole chickens. Best part? You can actually set it and forget it without worrying about ruining your meat. Whether you're just starting out or tired of dealing with complicated smokers, this one's a no-brainer that'll make you look like a BBQ pro without all the hassle.

I was honestly blown away by how effective this indoor smoker is. As someone who lives in an apartment and can’t use an outdoor smoker, this has completely changed my cooking game. The flavor it gives to meats, veggies, and even cheese is rich, deep, and authentic — just like a traditional smoker.
