This is a very cool little smoker. I should emphasize that it is internally very small but externally rather large for an appliance. Please also keep in mind that it is quite heavy and not easy to use if you aren't very strong. I was rather pleased with the cooking performance as it was at least comparable to a real smoker. It definitely doesn't replace the real thing but gets very close. The technology it has is very good though. I also love it's app connectivity and control.

I've done three smokes so far. 2 venison sausage and 1 dried beef (venison). All turned out fantastic. Very easy to control. Clean up was a breeze. No smoke in the house. It's winter here in Wisconsin. It's nice not having to go out in the cold to fire up the big smoker.

The GE Profile indoor smoker cooks really well with the included temperature probe. It's nice looking and doesn't take up much counter space considering how much you can cook in it. Instructions are good and comes with a recipe book. A good amount of heat and food cooking smell comes from under the front door, just like an oven, so you need to crack a window and turn on the kitchen/stove fan. I had an outdoor electric smoker years ago and this has been a wonderful replacement. More convenient and easier to keep clean than the outdoor smoker.

I was one of the lucky ones to back this product before it was finalized by GE. I was in the first 100 to get my machine and I must say, I’ve been BLOWN away and in love with my GE Profile Smoker since I received it. I’ve tried just about everything in it, including smoking peaches and I just keep finding MORE stuff to smoke. I highly recommend it as it so user friendly, easy to clean, and has a great cooking guide/facebook group to help get things going. If you haven’t bought it yet? You’re seriously missing out on one of the best inventions yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I learned that you can bring smoking meals into your home I was surprised! Being from the Midwest, and a city where we’re proud of our BBQ (we think we’re number 1 in the US!), I had to try out this indoor smoker. I’ve frequently used smokers over the last 15 years from old school to new/advanced. I have to say this one tops them all. Upon arrival, I was impressed how compact it was yet it has plenty of room for smoking a whole brisket, racks of ribs, or wings. I’ve tried out some smoked wings and a brisket on separate occasions. Let’s start with set up: - the app took minutes to set up - the app is bi-directional meaning you can SEND COMMANDS to the smoker and adjust it while being away from the kitchen - the pellets come in different flavors and have been wonderful so far Set up: - the smoker turns on and has its settings prompted right away with recommendations - it takes seconds to add pellets, water, insert the thermometer and START! It’s amazing watching the action take place from behind the window and if you ever want to air out the smoke in the smoker you simply can. Our smoker was next to our window but it didn’t give our home any trouble for the air quality. We keep an air purifier nearby and it never dropped below 90%. The recommended settings worked out perfectly as I had nothing to adjust. My family tried the meat without knowing I had a new smoker and received nothing but praise and compliments. It’s officially passed the test and surpassed all my top quality smokers that are outside. During the winter; this will be used weekly as we’re excited to replicate all of our favorite dishes. This is simply a must have. It’s the best, priced competitively, easy to clean, and simply revolutionary in this space. Just wow. This will make a great gift for anyone who is interested in the smoking hobby! We highly recommend it!

So far I’ve smoked venison and salmon, and I’ll be smoking some beef jerky soon, and this machine doesn’t skip a beat. The ability to do this indoors is phenomenal, and at Thanksgiving you can expect to be the star of the show. I have three family members lined up to use it after me and I just tax them some product for letting them use it. Highly highly highly recommend this thing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This indoor smoker is just amazing! Talk about fuss free cooking and such tender meats. First of all, it’s so easy to use. The app is easy to download and so easy to use. It even alerts you when the door is opened. Very user friendly. As far as size goes, it is quite big and bulky, but we are going to make a special table to have it on. It’s super durable. As far as cleaning goes, very easy to clean. The grills are easy to remove. Has a drip pan and a drip tray on the outside as well. The chicken came out juicy and tender. It took a lil under an hour to cook chicken thighs. It has a probe you plug in on the upper right hand corner. It literally is smoke free. It’s just awesome! You put pellets in the pellet area on the top of the smoker and you get perfectly smoked meats. I’m super impressed and love the fact I don’t have to be outside smoking my food. You can also adjust the grills to your preference. Even makes this cute chime like noise when it’s done smoking the food.

I've always wanted a smoker like one of these in the past so when I got an opportunity to give it a try, I was excited. I love how easy it was to setup on my kitchen counter. The directions were a little confusing however was not too difficult to follow. It heats up pretty fast. All the features makes it very easy to get that perfect cook. I was also amazed at the ventilation system and how well it worked! Best part, the clean up was easy!

We used our new indoor smoker last night to make chicken and it was as simple and easy as ever. The flavors were extra smoky and you wouldn’t know that it was cooked inside instead of smoking for hours outdoors. We will definitely be using it almost every week!
