[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We enjoyed this SEEDS OF CHANGE Certified Organic Spanish Style Rice with Quinoa, Red Bell Peppers & Corn as a side dish. It was very easy to make, just 90 seconds in the microwave. So convenient for those quick dinner nights. We had it on the side with rotisserie chicken, tomatoes, cucumbers, and avocado. Tasty and flavorful…looking forward to trying all the other varieties.

It's super easy to cook and the flavor surpassed what I expected given the ease. My kids liked it and didn't even realize that it was good for them. Always a win!

I loved the different additions to complete the side for our tacos. The rice was a little bland and dry, but overall a good complement to our dinner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first time I tried SEEDS OF CHANGE Certified Organic Spanish Style Rice with Quinoa, Red Bell Peppers & Corn I was planning on using as side dish with a chicken recipe, but I was hungry & kids were gone & I ended up making it for myself. Was only going to eat 1/2, but a few bowls later it was gone. The flavor is great, love that it's fast & easy, however was a little dry. Can't say that didn't stop me from eating every grain. Next time will actually use as side dish and promise to share.

It is great for adding to a quick meal. There is a nice blend of grains, peppers and corn, creating a wonderful flavor.

I paired this with shrimp, fried egg, and avocado for lunch and it was so yummy and easy to make. So easy for quick lunches and dinner. I also love the organic ingredients! I chose to cook it using the microwave, while I didn't have extremely high hopes for this. It was very bland to say the least and using the recommended heat and time the rice was very dry. I ended up consuming only one third of the package, I dont think I would buy this unless I'm in a pinch. Pros- convenience and portability. Cons-dry and bland
