Even if none of the other ingredients have salt, it's a recipe for high blood pressure. How on Earth Seeds of Change can call themselves a company devoted to healthy meals, when they put this much salt in their food, is beyond me. Rice does not need ANY salt!

It's going to become one of those staples for office emergency food, since it's easy to cook in the microwave and stores at room temperature.

The ingredients are of great quality and such a great side dish. I love all the flavors and how to just go well together.

I bought this packet for a quick office lunch, the ingredient list looked interesting and it was simple to prepare. However, the meal lacked flavor and moisture and there was only 2 pieces of corn and some very small pieces of bell pepper. I was tempted to add salt but it already has 33% daily allowance per pouch. I think this would be good with a can of rotel or fiesta style corn but on its own it is very plain.

The ample bag has a blend of red bell peppers, quinoa, corn and whole grain brown rice, perfect for a quick easy side dish. It is organic with great ingredients. It goes into your microwave for about 90 seconds, You also have the option of cooking it in a skillet. And of course it tasted delicious.

It was spicy with it much flavor. It actually had a very earthy flavor. No one at the table trying it wanted seconds. I would not purchase it again.
