But this side dish is absolutely amazing and works so well when I make other Mexican or Spanish meals. What I really like about it is the flavor is perfect as is. It's not too spicy but also not too dull. It's a healthy dish with a lot of flavor and incredibly quick and easy to make. What's not to like?

The taste was missing though after warming it up. I expected to taste spiciness and just tasted pretty much regular rice, corn, and quinoa.
