[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first time I tried SEEDS OF CHANGE Certified Organic Spanish Style Rice with Quinoa, Red Bell Peppers & Corn I was planning on using as side dish with a chicken recipe, but I was hungry & kids were gone & I ended up making it for myself. Was only going to eat 1/2, but a few bowls later it was gone. The flavor is great, love that it's fast & easy, however was a little dry. Can't say that didn't stop me from eating every grain. Next time will actually use as side dish and promise to share.

I literally open the box and popped it in the microwave within minutes because it looked so delicious. 90 seconds is all it took and we were eating a really yummy side to our stuffed peppers! I like the added quinoa for the protein and fiber. The amount of seasoning is perfect and it is not an overly salty product. I like how easy this is to prepare so when you don't have a lot of time this is perfect.. overall a very yummy product that I highly recommend to busy moms for our taco Tuesdays!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rice has really nice flavor, and the quinoa gives it a little something extra. The peppers and corn are minimal, but adding a little corn or some diced tomatoes really makes it a great side dish or even a single meal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rice package packs convenience and portability. It can be cooked using a microwave or hot steam. I chose to cook it using the microwave, while I didn't have extremely high hopes for this. It was very bland to say the least and using the recommended heat and time the rice was very dry. I ended up consuming only one third of the package, I dont think I would buy this unless I'm in a pinch. Pros- convenience and portability. Cons-dry and bland
