[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try the seeds of change Spanish quinoa, rice mix. It was easy to prepare in the microwave. It was a little bit dry when I removed it from the package. The ingredients looked OK. The taste was less flavorful than I had hoped. I thought this product was very bland, considering it was Spanish rice. The texture was a little bit harder and chillier than my regular microwave Spanish rice brand. I will not purchase this again.

I chose to cook it using the microwave, while I didn't have extremely high hopes for this. It was very bland to say the least and using the recommended heat and time the rice was very dry. I ended up consuming only one third of the package, I dont think I would buy this unless I'm in a pinch. Pros- convenience and portability. Cons-dry and bland

The taste was missing though after warming it up. I expected to taste spiciness and just tasted pretty much regular rice, corn, and quinoa.
