The sodium content of this rice is through the roof - 33% of the recommended daily allowance - for just the rice in a meal. Even if none of the other ingredients have salt, it's a recipe for high blood pressure. How on Earth Seeds of Change can call themselves a company devoted to healthy meals, when they put this much salt in their food, is beyond me. Rice does not need ANY salt!

It's going to become one of those staples for office emergency food, since it's easy to cook in the microwave and stores at room temperature.

It's super easy to cook and the flavor surpassed what I expected given the ease. My kids liked it and didn't even realize that it was good for them. Always a win!

I don't like the taste of Quinoa so I'm glad that this blend does a great job of hiding it's flavor. Overall, it doesn't taste like the spanish rice that I'm used to but it is a healthier option.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first time I tried SEEDS OF CHANGE Certified Organic Spanish Style Rice with Quinoa, Red Bell Peppers & Corn I was planning on using as side dish with a chicken recipe, but I was hungry & kids were gone & I ended up making it for myself. Was only going to eat 1/2, but a few bowls later it was gone. The flavor is great, love that it's fast & easy, however was a little dry. Can't say that didn't stop me from eating every grain. Next time will actually use as side dish and promise to share.

I put some in my toddlers lunch for daycare and the teacher said he loved it and ate everything with his chicken. Very flavorful. I had only gotten one pouch to try it out, but I will definitely be buying more.
