[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rice has really nice flavor, and the quinoa gives it a little something extra. The peppers and corn are minimal, but adding a little corn or some diced tomatoes really makes it a great side dish or even a single meal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All it needs is 1.5 min in the microwave. You don't even have to remove the rice from the pouch. Super quicj and easy if you need a quick fix. The rice has good texture but is bland despite the 480g salt content which means you will consume more sodium as most people would add or accompany w other ingredients and sides. Not quite sure what makes this 'spanish' style. It's decent variation of rice base. I did not see any corn in it although the package says with corns and shows them in the picture. I added some protein and vegetables.

I was a bit shocked with the simple directions. I anticipated a much longer process to achieve a nutritious meal. The directions were easy to follow. I chose the microwave option and in 90 seconds it w done. The packaging was eyr catching. I would highly recommend.

Seeds of Change is a brand I respect. I didn't particularly love this. It tasted packaged, just like you would think, unfortunately. It was a quick and easy side though, but it definitely did not have me wanting to swap easy for good any time soon.

The flavors were amazing, and the small pieces of corn and peppers throughout every bite made the rice more enjoyable. I will definitely be purchasing these again.

My husband and I decided to heat up some leftover tamales for lunch, and we were glad we had this rice as a quick side option. I was able to have the rice prepared within 90 seconds, which was pretty impressive. When I opened the package, the rice had a spicy smell to it. I was worried that it would be too spicy for my taste since I can't take super spicy foods. However, it was not spicy at all. The flavor itself was good, but it was not my favorite. I think there are probably better options out there, but they are probably more time consuming to prepare. This rice would be a good option if you are short on time.

The taste was missing though after warming it up. I expected to taste spiciness and just tasted pretty much regular rice, corn, and quinoa.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The first time I tried SEEDS OF CHANGE Certified Organic Spanish Style Rice with Quinoa, Red Bell Peppers & Corn I was planning on using as side dish with a chicken recipe, but I was hungry & kids were gone & I ended up making it for myself. Was only going to eat 1/2, but a few bowls later it was gone. The flavor is great, love that it's fast & easy, however was a little dry. Can't say that didn't stop me from eating every grain. Next time will actually use as side dish and promise to share.
