It's going to become one of those staples for office emergency food, since it's easy to cook in the microwave and stores at room temperature.

I used it as a side for roasted chicken and it was very good. It has a slight Spanish layer to it but it's not spicy at all. I love the fact that I can pop this in the microwave and in 90 seconds it's done and ready to go. I don't have to worry about trying to boil water or watch the stove constantly and I don't have to wait for it to get done. This is really delicious and the perfect side dish. I love that they put quinoa in this to give the rice and extra healthy kick and more fiber.

I paired this with shrimp, fried egg, and avocado for lunch and it was so yummy and easy to make. So easy for quick lunches and dinner. I also love the organic ingredients!
