[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The rice is was good and very easy to make. Super easy just put it in the microwave, it requires no prep work. It could use more of the red peppers and corn in the mix but it still tasted good. Even my kids ate some.

This is especially great if you are trying to eat more healthy. My wife and I have used this in a bowel still Mexican dish with some carnitas on top. I literally open the box and popped it in the microwave within minutes because it looked so delicious. 90 seconds is all it took and we were eating a really yummy side to our stuffed peppers! I like the added quinoa for the protein and fiber. The amount of seasoning is perfect and it is not an overly salty product. I like how easy this is to prepare so when you don't have a lot of time this is perfect.. overall a very yummy product that I highly recommend to busy moms for our taco Tuesdays!

I never buy pre packaged but after trying this rice I will be buying it! Has a very rich authentic flavor you cannot get anywhere else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rice has really nice flavor, and the quinoa gives it a little something extra. The peppers and corn are minimal, but adding a little corn or some diced tomatoes really makes it a great side dish or even a single meal.

I added shrimp to the mix to beef it up a bit and was still disappointed. Quinoa and rice was not a good mix. This pouch would be a last resort for me if I was hungry. I wouldn't recommend this product.
