Seeds Of Change is an excellent brand and the ingredients are simple and definitely healthy!! All you do is peel back the top of the rice bag to vent it and pop it in your microwave for ninety seconds, let it sit a moment and then you are in for a delicious easy rice that takes less than two minutes to eat!! This is absolutely perfect for me and my busy family and has saved me so much time plus, this is something that I can feel great about serving my family.

You can imagine my surprise when he made dinner and paired this with fish for a combo that was beyond delicious. Even he was surprised at how much he loved it considering how much he doesn't like quinoa. The flavors went so perfectly with our fish that he was disappointed we didn't have more packages of this to go with more dinners.
