It is great for adding to a quick meal. There is a nice blend of grains, peppers and corn, creating a wonderful flavor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rice quinoa side dish is the perfect pairing to any meal. This was the Spanish flavored version. I made it with some fish tacos and it was such a great compliment to dinner. I plan to buy all the other flavors to try them out.

I bought this packet for a quick office lunch, the ingredient list looked interesting and it was simple to prepare. However, the meal lacked flavor and moisture and there was only 2 pieces of corn and some very small pieces of bell pepper. I was tempted to add salt but it already has 33% daily allowance per pouch. I think this would be good with a can of rotel or fiesta style corn but on its own it is very plain.

I used it as a side for roasted chicken and it was very good. It has a slight Spanish layer to it but it's not spicy at all. I love the fact that I can pop this in the microwave and in 90 seconds it's done and ready to go. I don't have to worry about trying to boil water or watch the stove constantly and I don't have to wait for it to get done. This is really delicious and the perfect side dish. I love that they put quinoa in this to give the rice and extra healthy kick and more fiber.

It was very easy to make, just 90 seconds in the microwave. So convenient for those quick dinner nights. We had it on the side with rotisserie chicken, tomatoes, cucumbers, and avocado. Tasty and flavorful…looking forward to trying all the other varieties.

It's going to become one of those staples for office emergency food, since it's easy to cook in the microwave and stores at room temperature.
