I love how easy it is To use, I love how it connects to the app and you can see your use. I am impressed with the way this product holds a charge. I love how you can choose different settings for each use as well. The only thing I did not like was at times the brush will not connect to the app and the only way to reconnect is to put on the charger and take off. Other than that, I would highly recommend this product to all my friends and family!

I have to say that I am enjoying using this toothbrush and feel like my teeth and gums are really clean. I like that the toothbrush is charged and ready to go whenever I use it and that I am given a heads up by the brush pacer when it is time to move to another section of teeth. I also like that I can connect this toothbrush to the Sonicare app to see where I should be brushing and to track if I am applying too much pressure, the length of time I am brushing, and how many brush sessions I have left before needing to replace the brush head. My biggest complaint is that the app will sometimes stop tracking in the middle of my brush session. Hoping that an update to the app will rectify this, allowing me to change my rating to five stars. I do think there is a slight difference in the whiteness of my teeth. I find that my teeth feel clean for a longer period of time now also, even after eating. I've removed 1 star because I have dental work between my 2 front teeth to fill a gap, and I get a little nervous that the vibration will be strong enough to loosen the fillings. I've always used a manual, and after using this for the past 2 weeks, I'm not sure how I'll ever go back! I really like that it cleans my teeth so very thoroughly. They definitely get way cleaner with this toothbrush than I've ever gotten with my manual. I really like that it massages my gums. I feel like that alone is doing a lot for me oral health, or at least it feels that way. I think the way that the app tracks you is pretty cool, but it's a pain having to remember to bring my phone to the bathroom every single time I want to brush my teeth. Also, the buzz/shut off thing that it does every 20 seconds is a huge annoyance to me. For these two reasons, I've taken off one star. Other than that, I love everything about this product! I've received this product to test and give my honest review.

I enjoyed being able to choose from four types of cleaning for the needs of my teeth (clean, sensitive, white or gum health). The vibrating brush was not harsh on my teeth and my teeth felt very clean after brushing. I liked the fact that a little toothpaste was all that was needed to still get my teeth clean while using this toothbrush. Being able to use the Sonicare app while brushing my teeth was a major plus and very helpful! The timer made sure that I brushed for at lesser two minutes…the recommended time. The brush along with the timer in the app prompted me when to move to the next section (of six) in my mouth to get an even cleaning of all my teeth. The app kept track of my daily brushing and had lots of data about how I brushed and for how long. The app kept me on track and gave positive feedback about my brushing and also suggestions about how I might do better! The app is a wonderful addition to the brush! I liked the beeping that I heard when I placed the brush back on the charging station. It let me know it was placed properly and that it was again charge it the toothbrush. The carrying case was also handy. My only concern about the carrying case was that it didn’t close securely when the toothbrush and head (which has to be separated to fit) were placed inside. I had to wrap the cord around the case to keep it closed. This might have been user error. Overall, I would highly recommend this Sonicare electric toothbrush to anyone who wants clean teeth and use of an app that helps keep you on track and motivated to have healthy teeth!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A light weight, functional, and effective electric toothbrush from Sonicare. It has 4 different brush modes: clean, sensitive, white, and gum health. Depending on which setting you choose, the brush times can be different. I used gum health and it was 3 minutes and 20 seconds. Clean was 2 minutes. There are 3 different intensity levels that you can cycle through. The brushheads have a sensor and will alert you to when you need to replace it. The app is functional but has some quirks. If you turn it on before opening the app, it won’t work. You have to place it on the stand before turning it on for the app to work. If you stop using it before the timer ends, you have 10 seconds before it stops or ends. You get the motivation of “Keep brushing.” It would have be nice to have some type of animation or celebration, when you finish brushing, continuous using it or a have a brushing streak. It doesn’t tell you which quadrant it’s in, how hard/soft you are brushing. Or at least it’s not apparent from using it in real-time. But you can see some data of your brushing events in the app. It comes with a small minimalist stand and carrying case. You can charge the toothbrush through the carrying case, which was nice. The charging cord is a standard USB plug not USB-C, which would have been better since it’s been the new standard for several years already. Overall, it’s a great Sonicare toothbrush that meets my expectations. But with more refinement through the app’s user interface and how use you can use the data to be more efficient, it would have been even better.

The levels are ok, but very intense especially for a first time user. I finally was able to find the level I was able to tolerate and am satisfied now. I would recommend this item with the caveat of using with care due to the intensity. Overall good product.
