This cheese is great. It melts well and tastes great. Plus you can not beat the price. The only thing I wish is it was split into two packages and resealable. It doesn’t taste as fake as a lot of the shredded cheese on the market.

We used this cheese for pulled pork nachos. It had good flavor and melted nicely on the smoker. We vac sealed the remaining cheese, will update how well it keeps at a later date. Would purchase again!

I received this as a free product in exchange for a review. I should have paid attention to the size before ordering it. It is a single FIVE POUND bag of mozzarella is a lot. My preference is for it to be separated into smaller packages.

This mozzarella cheese really tastes great. It Melts well and it tastes grear. It has No gritty texture. Came well packaged. Only request would be a resealable packaging. Would definitely purchase again.

It was delivered in an Insulated box and was still cold when I opened it. The shredded mozzarella was very good. Smooth, light taste and melted nicely over the top of the ravioli. Would recommend to friends and family, especially for pizza night.

This cheese was used on a pizza and it was delicious! It didn’t burn or crisp but just melted and was super ooey and gooey when the pizza over timer went off. Loved the taste and consistency of this cheese along with the large amount in the bag!!

It tastes like Mozzarella Cheese. It melts like cheese. It must be cheese. it worse great when you need a large amount for pizza, or enchiladas, pretty much anything. I would buy it again especially since it will last a while.

If you're looking for a huge bag of mozzarella, this should be your go-to. The shred is not to thin or thick. We used it for a big pizza party of grilled pizza. It melted nice an evenly, with that classic mozzarella string. Flavor was great.

If you want cheese pulls buy this cheese! The texture of the cheese feels like I just shredded it myself. It’s melting wonderfully and tastes good! The kids are super happy to get cheese pulls from it and we will absolutely buy it again.

The product arrived in a timely manner, no opened bag and still cool to go right into the refrigerator. We used in a pasta dish and the taste was amazing, so creamy. Everyone in the house loved it. I have found myself planning the menu to use more.
