This bag of cheese goes a long way and great for so many recipes! We did separate this bag into smaller portions and vacuum seal them to freeze for a later date. The cheese melts perfectly for cheese quesadillas and home made pizza night.

This cheese is great. It melts well and tastes great. Plus you can not beat the price. The only thing I wish is it was split into two packages and resealable. It doesn’t taste as fake as a lot of the shredded cheese on the market.
