I am sorry to see that the Soundbar did not meet your expectations. <br /><br />Make sure that the Digital Optical Cable is properly connected to the Soundbar and the TV. Also please make sure that on your rear speakers that the speaker wire is not too far in, make sure that the clamp is only holding on to the exposed wire.
