With the Soundbar on, press the &#43; &amp; - Volume buttons on the body of the soundbar at the same time for at least 5 seconds. Hello DxRoth,<br /><br />Thank you for purchasing the new HW-C47M Soundbar. <br /><br />Make sure that your Subwoofer has automatically paired with the Soundbar by looking at the back of the subwoofer unit. You will see a LED indicator light, it will be a solid blue color if it is connected correctly. <br /><br />You can also adjust the overall bass levels using the provided Soundbar remote. Push forward on the WOOFER toggle switch to increase the overall bass levels of your Soundbar. Also, if you push the TONE CONTROL button you will be able to adjust the treble or bass levels. <br /><br />On your TV, make sure that the Digital Audio Format is set to Bitstream, Auto, or Pass-Through. If it is set to PCM, then you will only receive stereo audio to your Soundbar and the rear speakers will not function correctly.<br /><br />If you need more help, Samsung is here for you.
