Works like a charm

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved using this carpet cleaner. It was super easy to push around and got stains up very easily. I love the steam as it helped lift those stubborn stuck in stains. It holds a lot of water and also holds a lot of the dirty water, so I didn't have to keep stopping to refill and dump. It made cleaning a lot more easy for me especially having 3 kids and a dog. I'm never going back to any other brand! This is my forever carpet cleaner!!!

NO DON'T BUY

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The suction on this machine is horrible. Used it twice. Cleaned everything, made sure no clogs and it still won't suction. This machine ups out way more water then it picks up. DON'T BUY

Clean carpet

I would NOT buy this product again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine will absolutely saturate your carpet with almost zero suction. My carpet was WET for days!!!! I spent so much time trying to clean up the watery mess it created!

Broke after 2nd use

My dog peed on the floor so I was excited to use my carpet cleaner for the 2nd time ever only for the belt connected to the rollers to snap out only ten minutes of use now I'm afraid to turn it on because it sounds like it's going to blow up...

Quit working

I bought this in September and have only used it three times. Worked great at first and now it will no longer spray fluid on the maxsteam setting. The only setting I actually care to use.
