[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissell Revolution HydroSteam is a well made product that looks modern and sleek. I love the rose gold accent. The machine was user friendly with an intuitive user guide. It was very easy to set up, break down, and clean. I also appreciated the long cord for ease of use. It was not too loud, easy to push, and cleaned very well. I was shocked at how black and dirty the water was after using it. The built in pretreat hydro steam was a nice feature but unfortunatley was not enough to get out some of the stains left behind by my two toddler boys. These were marker stains and mystery goo. In all honesty though, i don't believe that anything could have helped with those. It worked well on removing the standard dirt and beverage stains. I just love the hydrosteam feature either way. The 2 in self cleaning tool made it easier to clean chairs and couches; however it did not clean as well as compared to other bissell machines designed for this use specifically. With that being said it gets the job done without having to have a whole different machine when cleaning multiple surfaces. My rationale for giving 4 stars instead of 5 was that the first machine i used leaked water out of the bottom when it was not in use. I easily recieved a replacement product which driped out water from the bottom but not to the extent where i would call it a leak. Overall i would recommend this machine specifically because it does such a good job at cleaning and is so user feiendly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had other carpet/upholstery cleaners before and this one is up to par. It did not blow me away but got the job done. I cleaned my upstairs carpets and my family room couch. The hand attachment did leak a bit when using it even after much “troubleshooting”. And I wasn't a fan of changing “modes” on the handle, seemed like extra work. Again, did fine but I don't know that it stands out as an amazing product. It is also quite big and heavy for those that have limitations this might but be for you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the Bissell Revolution HydroSteam is a great machine. It is well made, powerful, and has a great aesthetic with the touches of rose gold. One thing to know about this machine is that it is not small, it is a decent size and you will want to take that into consideration with storage and possibly carrying up and down stairs. The Bissell Revolution HydroSteam had great suction and did not leave my carpet too wet which was great! I also loved that I could see the filth that the machine was able to pick up letting me know that it was getting the job done. With this machine I was able to tackle stains, dirty carpet/upholstery, and smells that I haven't been able to get out with a traditional cleaning solution. It was great that the machine included multiple attachments, 2 trial size cleaning solutions and even a little storage bag! This is a great and needed tool around the house especially if you have kids and/or pets.

With three kids and a dog, we have a combination of food and pet stains. The steamer was easy to fill and empty. I liked the pre-measured marks on the bin to know how much water and soap to put in. The cord is long enough for me to clean the entire room without having having to unplug it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a big fan of the Bissell Revolution HydroSteam. Not only was it super easy to put together, but it was also easy to use and very intuitive. One of my favorite things is how light it is. It is not bulky at all and extremely easy to move around the house as needed. It didn't feel like I had to lug it around, like other machines I've used. There are three modes: Pretreat, Max Mode, and Quick Dry. Using these modes has removed extremely tough stains from my carpet—like dirt from foot traffic and pet messes—and it cut drying time in half. The pretreat mode would loosen the stains and then followed up with max mode, it was like the stain never existed at all. Truly, this machine was so easy to use and even easier to clean. I have owned previous machines that ended up sitting in a closet rather than being used because I would dread having to clean my carpet and then clean the machine. That is not the case here. It truly makes life easier as I can clean the carpet and then the machine basically cleans itself. I have two small kids and a dog, and this cleaner has been life-changing. My carpets and furniture haven't looked this good in years!

Too many chocolate stains blotted, dirt tracked, etc. Well, when cleaning them for the first time with this, I cannot BELIEVE how much it picked up. No wonder they were looking dull and old!!! I will be making this part of my seasonal cleaning and feel so much better. Everything is looking brighter and I know I'm keeping my house healthier for my family.

It quite literally ate up some pet stains that we previously had difficulty treating. 10/10 for this product. Easily cleaned and maintained, easy to operate, overall highly satisfied.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So im a bit of a vacuum nerd. I do way too much research before I buy one and I get excited when I get a new one. This one absolutely did not disappoint. It is not a small machine but it is worth the space it takes up. My favorite feature by far is the Hydrosteam tech and I had the perfect opportunity to use it recently. I make spring rolls and when I do I make my own spring roll sauce with Thai sweet chili, pears and chili sauce in it. After I made this sauce I went upstairs to get some stuff done before dinner and I forgot to put the lid on tightly. We'll unfortunately I also have a curious cat who decided it would be so fun to push the container off the counter. By the time I came down the mess was in the carpet pretty well. I cleaned it up as best I could with some cloths before I got down to the business of breaking out the cleaner. I first pretreated the mess using the pretreat feature since the sauce is obviously a pinkish red and I didnt want it to stay in the rug in any capacity. After that came thay wonderful HydroSteam technology. It lifted the sauce out of the rug so we'll that I think the rug looked even nicer after the spill was cleaned. I also really like the color schemed thay Bissel is going with lately. They are very complimentary and the tools provided with the cleaner are actually really easy and efficient to use especially when doing light cleaning on my amber yellow couch. That couch is just light enough that it picks up stains fairly easily and this machine has already come in handy a couple of times for just that reason. If I was asked for a recommendation for a solid home use carpet cleaner, this would be the one id recommend.

Ease of Use: Setup was quick and straightforward. The instructions were easy to follow, and I was up and running in just a few minutes. The design made it easy to maneuver around furniture and into corners. Cleaning Performance: This cleaner was a total lifesaver! It tackled stubborn messes like dried slime and pet accidents with no problem. We just got a new puppy, so having something powerful enough to handle those kinds of messes was essential — and it absolutely delivered. The carpet looked refreshed and smelled much cleaner afterward. Dry Time: The only downside was that the carpet felt quite saturated after cleaning. It took longer to dry than I expected, which meant keeping foot traffic off those areas for a while. Noise Level: It was about average in terms of noise — not overly loud, but not whisper-quiet either. Still, very manageable. Pros: • Excellent at removing tough messes • Great for homes with pets or kids • Easy to use and maneuver Cons: • Carpet remained quite wet and took time to fully dry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE this carpet cleaner! Like, LOVE it. First and foremost it is SO easy to clean! The catch and clean tray is seriously next level design. You pop the tray and wipe it off and you're 90% done with the cleaning process. As a busy mom of four children and two dogs the quick and easy clean out is probably my favorite feature. Initially I was going to try to get the pink make up stain out of our living room rug, but I was so impressed with how well the HydroSteam maneuvered and cleaned that I did the whole rug! Normally when it's time to shampoo the children's carpets I hem and haw and dread the day, but with the HydroSteam I cleaned my four year olds entire bedroom carpet in less than thirty minutes. Did I mention how quick and easy the machine clean out is yet? It took less than 10 minutes to clean out the entire machine, rinse all the parts and be on to the next activity so we could enjoy the day! The pretreat and steam cleaning options came in clutch for tough set in stains. It cleaned some very dried out and stuck in yellow clay out of my kiddos carpet. You can't barely tell it was even there now. It doesn't take very long to heat up the pretreat steam which is awesome! It worked very well on new and older stains alike. I lose things often so I really enjoyed the flip top cap on the clean water tank and the clearly marked fill lines for cleaning solution and water. There is even a half tank fill line which I thought was a great idea. Sometimes I only need to spot clean a small section so that came in super handy and reduced water and solution waste. The handheld upholstery cleaner has interchangeable rubber and bristle heads and a storage bag included. I really liked that it's a 2 in 1 tool so it takes up less space in the utility closet. Overall, I'm really happy with this machine and can't wait to convince all my friends to buy one, too!
