[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a Graco Turbobooster to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I’ve got 4 kids 6 and under so this thing will get some seat time. My oldest is VERY outspoken and opinionated. She has no complaints about the comfort of this seat while using it as a high back booster. It holds the belt in the proper position across her chest. For set up out of the box, you just have to clip the backrest onto the bottom. It only takes 30 seconds. Install is simple on these boosters as well. You just toss it in the car and loop the seat belt through the backrest clip. It’s very easy to move from car to car, if that is needed. I LOVE the feature to hook the seat to the latch connectors. This holds the seat in place while not in use. On my other Graco (without this feature) you’re supposed to clip the seat belt in while it’s not in use but that never happens. So, the seat just flops around in the back. This one doesn’t budge. I would recommend this product to someone looking for a safe and affordable booster.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This booster seat is very spacious as the shoulder area allows tons of room. My daughter is 7 and finds it very comfortable and with plenty of room to spare for growth. It is wider at the top so it may not fit well in a smaller vehicle if you need to do 3 across but if you have the room in your vehicle, I would recommend this one to keep your kiddo comfortable for many years! The cup holders can be in or out, which could make 3 across more possible. My favorite feature on this seat is the front-adjust LATCH system. This allows the seat to not become a projectile in an accident. It is so easy to use. You just clip it to the lower anchors in your vehicle, and pull the straps from the front to tighten them. Being able to pull from the front is a game changer. It is also very easy to adjust this car seat because of the adjustable headrest. This seat is so easy to assemble and disassemble. Converting it to a backless booster is very easy as it just snaps together. I would also like to add that it is very light weight and easy to move from one vehicle to another. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this booster seat to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and it couldn't have come at a more perfect time. My eldest child (of four) is about to turn 8 and is finally outgrowing her traditional car seat so we were searching for a good booster that could grow with her to fit our needs. When the Graco turbobooster extend arrived, I was impressed with how easily it fit together. I am extremely NOT mechanically minded and even I managed to have the entire booster together in three minutes. The design is intuitive which I appreciate - the three pieces easily fit together, the headrest can be adjusted with ease, and even my two year old could easily pull the cupholders out or push them back in. Currently, we have plenty of space in our minivan to leave the cupholders out but when we go on vacation we often fit three car seats next to each other in which case we'd have no room for the cup holders. The fact that they slide in to the point that they leave no real footprint (as you can see in the photos) is a great feature. My favorite feature is how easy it is to convert the booster to a backless booster because it means one less item we'll need to purchase when our daughter eventually outgrows this seat! The booster is a classic black and gray design which matches everything and was easy to set up in our van with the use of the front-adjust LATCH system. My daughter gave it a 10/10 for comfort although she did mention that the sides felt like the could soon become a bit snug. She's on the petite side - but again is almost 8 years old - so if your child is a bit broader you may just end up needing to switch over to the backless option a bit sooner. Overall, I would definitely recommend this as a solid booster seat that is sure to meet all of your needs!

I love the fact that it has LATCH anchors. It makes me feel like the seat is more secure. The assembly was super easy and the adjustable back height is perfect. I have had Turbobooster models before and the are well made and easy to figure out. I appreciate that they are simple to adjust and and the direction are really straightforward. Overall, I love this booster seat!

We just got another car and were looking for a booster as our girl has grown taller so this booster came at a perfect time with so much excitement. As soon as it got delivered our daughter begged for us to open it so she could try it out. It was extremely simple to put together and has a little notch underneath to keep the instructions and safety info which is neat. We popped it into our truck and the latch system makes the booster so secure which is great it was a super easy install and our daughter loves being able to strap herself in like a big girl and always like to pop out the hidden cup holders for her things. I love that it grows with her and can become a backless booster for the future and we can easily move it to another car if we need too. We love it graco! Thank you

I love how consistent the mechanisms are to adjust each seat, so I don’t have to try to figure out how to adjust settings on each seat. I love that this seat converts to a backless booster because we are juuuuuust about to move to backless for my oldest. This seat has lots of storage which is perfect for your kid to pile loose goldfish and pop tart wrappers in. The comfort level is great which is perfect for long car rides so the only thing they have to complain about is boredom. The headrest adjusts really easily and the cup holders are an awesome feature too. You can never have too many of those! I received this booster from the Stellar Product Testing Panel and love it!

One of the most noticeable things about this booster seat is how much more room it seems to create in the car. It feels like there's so much more space, which is a big plus for both my daughter and other passengers. My daughter found it quite comfortable, with nice padding that provides good support for long car rides. The front-adjust LATCH system is super simple to use - just snap in and pull tight. It's quick and effortless, which is a huge time-saver. The adjustable headrest is another great feature, though it's worth noting that it's really more of a back-of-the-head rest rather than something to lean on. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received the Graco Turbobooster Extend 2in1 Booster for testing through the Stellar Product Testing Panel. We loved that the installation was the easiest of any car seat or booster seat we have tried. It will make for a great booster seat for grandparents and babysitters to use on local adventures to avoid having to move a bulkier seat back and forth. It is light weight and spacious. Safety-wise the lap belt was easy to secure in the proper positioning while still being comfortable for our child. Unfortunately, it was too spacious for our almost 50 lb 5 year old. He was comfortable, but prefers the increased security he feels from his bulkier 3in1 high back booster on longer rides. We think this would be most comfortable for ages 7 and up. Overall, it's a well designed, easy-to-install booster seat that is best suited for older children or children on the upper end of the weight limit. It provides safe, comfortable positioning for the lap belt at a great value, especially if serving as a spare carseat for extended family or babysitters

We just returned from a family road trip, which was roughly four hours each way. My son, who is 7 years old, road in this booster and helped by giving me his opinion for this review. I’ll start with the parent point-of-view: the booster seat was easy to assemble out of the box and easy to install in the vehicle. I appreciate the front-adjust LATCH system because it makes securing the booster in the vehicle both safe & convenient. I own a midsize SUV and the booster fit in the captain’s chair with plenty of room to spare. Now, from my son’s point-of-view: this booster was very uncomfortable. He gave it an F. He said that in the high-back position it did not feel good on his back. No matter how comfy the headrest is, it wasn’t enough for him to give the booster a passing grade. Thankfully, the booster is easy to convert to remove the back so he can ride backless. He did like this position and we will continue to use the Graco Turbobooster Extend as a backless booster seat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Graco Turbobooster Extend 2-in-1 seat was good for us. It’s a very basic, light weight convertible booster that’s gets the job done. It came in 3 parts and was very easy to put together and adjust the headrest to the appropriate height. The fabric is soft and the design is simple. I think it would look great in any car (if aesthetics matter to you). I will always be a fan of convertible seats in general, as they grow with your kids. The seat was nice and wide and gave my 6 year old plenty of space to get comfortable. I was able to let my 8 year old use the seat in backless mode and he too thought it was plenty comfortable. It was easy to disassemble the back and stow it away. I really appreciated the pullout cup holders on both sides of the seat. One of my biggest gripes about other seats is that the cup holders are always out and usually in the way. This way they can be stowed when there’s no drinks. I also like the front adjustable LATCH straps. That really did make it so much easier to secure the seat. While it doesn’t have the Wow factor that some other seats may have, I think this is a solid, cost effective seat that will last you a good while.
