[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Firmness and shape is like the regular pillow that I've used happily for years but sliced in half. Still too heavy to take on a plane, I think, but we have taken them in our suitcases to use instead of hotel pillows. My head kept slipping off and there was nowhere to put my hands that I usually put under the pillow. Not a peaceful experience. Only tried it twice, once for three nights, once for one. Maybe it just takes a while.

It rolls up into a tight bundle that is perfect for traveling. My one complaint is that it's pretty firm and will take a while to break it in for me.

If one likes an extremely hard pillow, it would be fine. But if you prefer a relatively soft place to rest your head, you shouldn't choose this pillow. Positive: The two different available heights for one's neck are great options, and the pillow folds up and fits into the little storage bag very nicely. Suggestion: Tempur-Pedic should make it available in different levels of firmness, or at least offer a softer option.

The size of TTNP makes it so easy to pack, and the pillow is supportive, cradles my head, back or side, and I've bought another one, for back up .... I love my TTNP

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my regular Tempur-Pedic pillow, and the comparison may be unfair, but this travel version is not as good as my Old Faithful. I screwed my neck up in my 20's and am paying for it now, so sleeping on hotel/AirBnB pillows has been a problem. This travel version feels a bit hard on my occipital region (back of my head), but my neck feels a lot better when I use it. Like: makes side sleeping more comfortable; provides the neck support I need; really does roll up to manageable size for travelling; Dislike: bit too firm on back of head; not as good as my regular Tempur-Pedic pillow; rolling up in to included sack can be challenging (but doable)

Sleeping comfortably is definitely worth the extra space the pillow takes in m luggage. And when it's not traveling, this pillow has enhanced my weekend naps on the couch!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Years ago my wife and I picked up a couple travel pillows when we bought a TP mattress. We ended up preferring them to the full sized pillows as they fit our head and neck perfectly. In addition they roll up small and are easy to bring along traveling, so you don't have to spend your vacation with sore neck. Two small drawbacks. The first is that the foam will soften up after a few years, although they last much longer than the cheap knock offs. Second is that the pillow case is hard to get on and off. We use Cocoon size medium travel pillow cases that fit perfectly. These are no longer available, so an easier to change pillow case would be nice.

This is our third Travel Pillow and we love them. Easy to pack and great to use at home. I even sleep with it at home and use another to prop up my should when I sleep on my stomach or side. Small enough and many uses. Relieves my neck pain and is wonderful the way it curves with the neck line.
