I have arthritis in my neck and this pillow gives my neck a chance to relax in good alignment for the 8 hours I sleep. I wake up feeling good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The larger contour is perfect for side sleeping and the shallower side for back sleeping. It offers great support and no pressure spots anywhere. It moulds to you and it is a dream to sleep on! I couldn't afford the larger one at the moment, but it turns out that I don't it. This travel pillow is perfect for your every day use! I highly recommend it for everyone!

Recently I needed to purchase a new one and the company may have change the product but it is extremely stiff, very uncomfortable and very hard to roll it and put it in the pouch. After receiving it I throw it since it was not returnable and not usable.

My new pillow is a bit stiff, I guess I need to break it in but the height of the neck roll seems slightly higher than my previous ones. Wish it was the slightest bit smaller in the neck portion but overall love it!!!

I needed a contoured pillow for travel but didn't want a full size because I'm a side sleeper and I don't like my face buried in the pillow. Consequently, I really only use about a third of the normal pillow length. This travel pillow was EXACTLY what I wanted and came with a compression sleeve/case so it fits beautifully in my carryon suitcase. I plan to use it as my Everyday pillow once I'm done traveling :)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my regular Tempur-Pedic pillow, and the comparison may be unfair, but this travel version is not as good as my Old Faithful. I screwed my neck up in my 20's and am paying for it now, so sleeping on hotel/AirBnB pillows has been a problem. This travel version feels a bit hard on my occipital region (back of my head), but my neck feels a lot better when I use it. Like: makes side sleeping more comfortable; provides the neck support I need; really does roll up to manageable size for travelling; Dislike: bit too firm on back of head; not as good as my regular Tempur-Pedic pillow; rolling up in to included sack can be challenging (but doable)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this pillow based on my excellent experience with the regular, wider sized neck pillow, but the sizing has changed. Tempur-Pedic refuses to accept a return, even though the customer service person noted that they change the sizes from time to time, while leaving the model number the same.For a company to change the dimensions while leaving the model number the same is unconscionable. Tempur-pedic has lost a loyal customer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Firmness and shape is like the regular pillow that I've used happily for years but sliced in half. Still too heavy to take on a plane, I think, but we have taken them in our suitcases to use instead of hotel pillows. My head kept slipping off and there was nowhere to put my hands that I usually put under the pillow. Not a peaceful experience. Only tried it twice, once for three nights, once for one. Maybe it just takes a while.
