This pillow is anything but a cloud. It's hard as a rock. I've been on the hunt for a great pillow. I used Tempur-Pedic years ago, and it was my favorite pillow. They discontinued the one I used, which is why I stopped using them. Decided to try them again. Now I remember why I stopped.

Traveling to the world's top resorts and trying their premium pillows has ignited an ongoing quest for the perfect sleep experience. Unfortunately, my encounter with Tempurpedic pillows was a major disappointment; they are too firm and uncomfortable for my neck, preventing me from fully enjoying the plush, cloud-like comfort I was led to expect. 😭

Was really excited about these pillows since I tried one out at a store but these are so uncomfortable and firm that my back was hurting from laying on it. Can't believe how much these cost for such low quality and discomfort. So disappointed especially when I also am waiting on a new mattress from tempurpedic and worry about the quality now compared to older products I got from tempurpedic over a decade or more ago. Quality really went down hill I feel.

2 years ago I broke my neck and went though surgery to fuse my cervical spine c3-c6. I used to use a pillow that had little cushion, full of feathers, very flat. Every morning I woke up with terrible pain. Ended up choosing this pillow and was blown away at the results. I wake up with no pain, well rested, and am now sold on tempur-pedic. Also, There are a couple different pillows I would love to try to see id they might help me as I am a huge stomach and side sleeper. Thank you guys :)

It was surprisingly hard to find a comfortable, affordable king-sized pillow for my wife. I ordered and returned five different options from various brands—shredded memory foam, latex, hybrid, you name it. I already owned this pillow in a smaller size, so I checked the Tempurpedic website to see what a king would cost. To my surprise, they were running a two-for-one sale. I ordered immediately, and after just a night or two, my wife said the same thing I did: this is the pillow.

I grew up sleeping on feathered pillows made by my maternal grandmother. After those wore out, we went to foam. Now I am 63, and this TEMPUR - Cloud Pillow by far exceeds them all! I've purchased four of them, not only for myself, but to share with my sibling and any guests I may host.

I bought my bf these pillows last year for his birthday, and just bought myself a set as well during Black Friday. I currently have expensive down pillows that feel like heaven when you fall asleep, but I wake up during the night with my neck in such pain I can't move my head sometimes. Over at my boyfriend's I sleep SO well and have never once had neck pain. I can't wait to get these! They make a huge difference.

We ordered Queen and king versions of these. We hoped for something at least thicker than an inch. These are like sleeping on deflated pancakes. We have neck pain and these aren't the same Tempurpedic quality we have known in the past. Disappointed with the product

I have been a Tempurpedic customer for 25+ years using both mattresses and pillows. I always go with a tried and true product because I know the quality that Tempurpedic has always had. Why go with any other pillows when I know that these are the best. Thanks Tempurpedic for again meeting the standard you set long ago.

The pillows are good but I would like them a little stiffer. I have neck issues & require a little less give with my pillows to be completely comfortable. When the pillow is colder it does seem to have more stiffness but after I've laid on it for a bit there is no resistance.
