I have only had good experiences with tempur-pedic products, particularly in that they've always been firm. I figured any product from this company would have that level of firmness. But this pillow is too soft for me to comfortably use unfortunately.

Our adapt soft was hard as a rock when we received it. Nothing like the show room. I was told it would have a break in period but we are 2 weeks in and still it's hard. I can tell slowly it's softening up but not fast enough. I've thought about returning it.

I bought it less than seven months ago. The pillows themselves shrank. Their entire covering was torn. Regarding their warranty policies, this is not true. They send you a bacterial mask. Everything is in an email and pictures, and in the end they don't approve. I don't trust this company.

Got a headache the first night of use because it doesn't have enough support for my neck. Still in search of a soft pillow with support. I got the BOGO deal and reached out to try and return the extra pillow that I haven't even opened, but they don't do returns on pillows.

I used to use regular pillows and then tried memory foam pillows that were purchased from my local big box stores. I found that I was waking with neck pain, headaches and/or shoulder pain. Within a few days of using my pillow I noticed my pain easing and finally going away. It is winter now and I am excited to try the cooling features of this pillow when it warms up outside. I definitely recommend purchasing this product/brand even if it is more expensive than the low cost products. It was well worth the price for me since it helped to sleep better and wake up without pain.

I bought these because they were buy 1 get 1 free, honestly, and the name is reputable. The reviews were good but you never know. These pillows improved my sleep and my neck pain immensely. I knew my old pillows weren't great but I didn't realize what a profound difference a good pillow can make. I wish I bought these right out of the gate, years ago, instead of wasting money buying cheaper pillows thinking I was saving money.

My wife used to wake up with a stiff neck and a headache on a regular basis. We tried a few different pillows, but these finally did the trick. I ordered immediately, and after just a night or two, my wife said the same thing I did: this is the pillow.
