This pillow is okay. The reason I didn't give it more stars is that the pillow is too firm for me. I'm a bit particular about my pillows and this one was a bit disappointing. I would have thought it would be softer and after sleeping on it for 5 minutes, it started to hurt my head. I couldn't even sleep on it, but good thing my husband liked the pillow, I just have it to him.

I also made the mistake of not reading the finer print when purchasing. I thought we could try them to see if they worked for us and there was a 30-day return policy. But that only applies to other products (not pillows). Ours will now be on the guest bedroom bed.

I searched for a comfortable and supportive pillow for years of suffering with neck pain. I finally found it! I had cervical disc surgery two years ago and this is the only pillow I can sleep on! I own 4 pillows that I've shipped to family members across the U.S. so that when I visit I have the comforts of home ! Most foam pillow I've tried were too hard. The cloud pillow is the perfect amount of comfort and support! Absolutely best pillow I've ever owned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It takes some getting used to, you sink in so deep. But it is comfortable for sleeping on my side or back. I have to get new sheets because now my mattress is too deep. There was no odor. Looks to be good quality.

They are also quite heavy - not something I would be able to keep long term, which is unfortunate. Glad I was able to purchase as BOGO so I didn't have to pay full price for both - silver lining I suppose.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pillow was not as soft for me as I would have liked . Kinda held my head to high and would wake up with a sore neck. The pillow itself feels of high quality and is well made. It may just be my body type. May be great for someone else. I will try another tempurpedic pillow and see if that works better for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pillow is relatively comfortable and bounces back but for me is a little too soft and thin. For the price I was expecting something more substantial. I find myself sleeping with my hand under my head a lot now that I have this pillow and that messes with my joints. Overall my alignment is not bad with this pillow. I am a side sleeper. I would recommend for someone who likes a very soft pillow that is on the thinner side.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TEMPER-Cloud pillow supports my head and neck while sleeping on my side and greatly relieved neck pain the first time I used it. It took me about a week to get used to using it. It seems very firm at first but your head gently sinks into softness while still being supported.

I have had 2 Symphony pillows. The first was the very best, nice & firm, cool, lasted years (until my dog chewed it). My second Symphony pillow around 2017 featured a new cover but it felt cheaper, softer than the original. This time I got the great 2/$99 price on the Cloud pillows which are fine, but too soft, hotter than I prefer, I find myself turn it to the "cool" side often. At this time, I am sleeping on what's left of the original Symphony pillow, as this was the absolute best one I've had the pleasure to own. I love the Tempur-Pedic brand, but it seems to have "softened" over the years which makes me sad! Bring back the ORIGINAL Symphony for us side sleepers!! Although it is not MY preferred type, the Cloud is a decent buy especially at the bundled price!

I admittedly hadn't bought new pillows in over five years. I had heard good things about Tempur-Pedic so decided to buy two these two new pillows. I love them so much; they give when I lay into them but they're still firm to give me the support I need.
