We ordered Queen and king versions of these. We hoped for something at least thicker than an inch. These are like sleeping on deflated pancakes. We have neck pain and these aren’t the same Tempurpedic quality we have known in the past. Disappointed with the product

I used to use regular pillows and then tried memory foam pillows that were purchased from my local big box stores. I found that I was waking with neck pain, headaches and/or shoulder pain. Within a few days of using my pillow I noticed my pain easing and finally going away. It is winter now and I am excited to try the cooling features of this pillow when it warms up outside. I definitely recommend purchasing this product/brand even if it is more expensive than the low cost products. It was well worth the price for me since it helped to sleep better and wake up without pain.

I bought these because they were buy 1 get 1 free, honestly, and the name is reputable. The reviews were good but you never know. These pillows improved my sleep and my neck pain immensely. I knew my old pillows weren't great but I didn't realize what a profound difference a good pillow can make. I wish I bought these right out of the gate, years ago, instead of wasting money buying cheaper pillows thinking I was saving money.

I do not understand the "cooling" technology, I could not tell a difference. The pillow is heavy not my favorite. I love Tempur-pedic products but I will not buy this one again. They offer several other pillows that cost less that are much more comfortable. Be aware, pillows cannot be returned even if you do not break the shrink wrap.

I have only had good experiences with tempur-pedic products, particularly in that they’ve always been firm. I figured any product from this company would have that level of firmness. But this pillow is too soft for me to comfortably use unfortunately.

I’ve been using Tempur-Pedic pillows for about five years and I can’t switch to anything else. I recently purchased two more, including the TEMPUR-Cloud pillow, and they are incredibly comfortable. This product should not be classified as a pillow (or a cloud). The pillow is very dense, flat, and very heavy. It also does not fit any conventional pillowcases. It is not worth the money or the hassle. I am left with trying to dispose of the “pillows” only have purchased them about two months ago.

I have dealt with neck pain for years. I’ve tried many things, physical therapy, stretching exercises, standing desk, various pillows, you name it. Nothing seemed to work long term until I added the tempur-cloud pillow into the mix. I still need to keep up with my exercises, but I now wake up refreshed, pretty much pain free and life is good.

My son was always talking about how great this pillow was but I was very skeptical because I have never found a pillow that made me comfortable at night even other memory foam pillows. I ordered two to have at the house when my son and his wife come to visit and my son said, “just try one.” I was skeptical at first and now, someone does not get the extra pillow when they visit because I took it! Very happy and waking up much more comfortable no more jaw pain from sleeping on an uncomfortable pillow.
