Bought a pair of these pillows to replace some dead pillows. Both family members are loving them. One side sleeper and one back sleeper and it works for both of them.

I have tried several pillows in the past 6 years with some support for my aching neck. Finally bought the tempurpedic cloud pillows for myself and my spouse. What a great pillow! No more neck pain. Great way to wake up in the morning.

I received the item with an awful order. When I called I was told to let it air out for days then wash it. Do NOT buy online you will have to wait 5 days before using the pillow.

I wanted to like the pillow but it's too tall and stiff. I contacted customer care and they said that a refund is not allowed if you purchase pillows. What a disappointment.

This pillow is very soft and comfortable. I do think however it may be a little too soft with not as much support but still a great pillow especially if you're going for soft pillows where your head sinks in.

I bought this and the adjustable pillow. Not sure about the adjustable one yet but this one is fantastic. It's a little thin for side sleepers but I prop it on top of another pillow and it's perfect. Gonna buy a king sized one next.

This is the perfect combination of cushiness and firmness. And the pillow remains cool throughout the night. A perfect pillow that I highly recommend!

Overall, I like the pillow but the 'cooling' one doesn't really feel that cool. It's not overheating, but I would've expected it to feel cooler (to dissipate the heat more).
