It curves your neck naturally relaxing your posture so that you don't toss and turn at night. My sleep hours has dramatically increased and I wake up refreshed and ready to tackle the day. This pillow came with my mattress topper and I was hopeful that it would be great (I have had family members tell me that Tempur-Pedic is the best), and it really is!!! I am a side sleeper and I love the way it feels. No crooks in my neck, and I wake up feeling completely rested!! Sleep is extremely important and the type of pillow you use has everything to do with your quality of sleep. I would recommend this pillow to any and everybody! I plan to get another one for my husband!! Tempur-Cloud pillows are AMAZING!! A must buy!

I have moderate neck and back pain post surgery... several years back. I was really hoping to love this pillow due to the promising comfort and accommodating/conforming of individual body shapes, but it did not satisfy me as anticipated. The pillow is cool temp and does feel soft to sleep on, but is it comfortable? Not really. That's what I'm all about... comfort. It actually feels better to sleep on my Ralph Lauren pillow :(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a back sleeper with spine issues and have gone through countless different types of pillows that are supposed to be good for my neck but just end up being expensive wastes of sleep. My problem is I need support for my neck, but it's painful to lay against most hard material that's supposed to be helpful for my condition. As a last resort I decided to throw more money down and try the Tempur-Cloud Pillow and although I have to get the positioning EXACTLY right, when I do I can finally fall asleep quickly and wake up without extreme pain in my neck and shoulders with numbness in my hands and legs. I'm so grateful, and it's been years since I've been able to feel almost normal. The addition of a Tempur-Pedic 3" topper to help with the rest of my spine was just what I needed.

I was generous enough to share the second from the pack with my boyfriend who now wakes up every morning & starts off his day by telling me how much he loves his pillow. 10/10

I've tried many different pillows over the years and when we bought the temper-pedicure bed we tried the pillows in the store. They seemed to be a great fit but after buying the pillows for our home we found that there was no give at all. I might just as well put pillow cases on patio blocks. Can't use them¡

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like a pillow that holds its shape. This pillow is so comfortable, it gives enough to cradle my head but holds its shape when I turn from side to side. I recommend this pillow. It allows me to get a good nights sleep.
