[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was having severe neck muscle tightness. I haven't had any issues after sleeping on this pillow. It was difficult getting use to a harder pillow that conforms to your head than a soft regular pillow at first. It's pretty comfortable now that I have gotten use to it. I would recommend this pillow for anyone that has any neck issue.

Bought this hoping it would give me support for my neck and it has no support and once you sink into it its almost flat with the bed. Neck bothering me even more and waking up with headaches. Dont sleep well at all. Very disapppointed as we have a mattress and love it!!! Terrible pillow! Definitely not worth the money!!!!!

The only issue I have experienced is that the pillow tends to conform too much to your head, and this leads your head to sink so far into the pillow that sometimes it feels a bit odd. Overall, fantastic pillows. Some of the best I have ever used.

Anyway, too heavy and too thick and actually my neck ached even more after sleeping with this pillow. A total disappointment and waste of money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Paired with my new Tempurpedic mattress, these pillows are by far the best pillow I've owned. Very comfortable, and high quality. I appreciate the thickness of the pillow cover that comes on them as well. I sleep both on my side and on my stomach and find this pillow comfortable in both positions.

This was a replacement for my 10 year old Tempupedic pillow. I can't believe how comfortable the new pillow is. I'm a side sleeper and have had issues with ear pain with all pillows I've tried, but this Tempur Cloud has resolved that issue. It is very soft and I highly recommend. Worth every penny!

They are too thin to sleep on with just one, and too thick to sleep on with both (causes neck and back pain due to position). I believe they need to be thicker in order to provide most comfort. I am myself going back to my old pillows. Disappointing because I have a Tempur-Pedic bed and love it, so had high hopes for these pillows and they let me down.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great pillow! I go back and forth between this pillow and an old feather pillow. The last memory foam pillow I had was a little too firm. I could fall asleep alright on it but I would wake up needing to adjust it or swap it out. This pillow is much softer.

As with most pillows for me (being 5'6" tall), it's another "too high" pillow, which hurts my neck when either sleeping on side or back. Also, I cannot understand why this pillow has a "crunchy" sound to it, which is similar to the light crumbing of newspaper, when you push in or rest your head on it. And don't get me started on the Body Pillow, it is hard as a rock. Neither my leg nor my arm will even remotely sink into it (at 75 degrees Fahrenheit).
