This Pillow is the worst ever. I bought this product because I was having neck discomfort and I was hoping it will give me the support I needed but very disappointed. When you lay your head on it, it disappears under your head, you don't even know you have a pillow. It's flat, become so small no support at all It's extremely soft that it's provides no support whatsoever. I called the customer service line to ask if I can exchange the item for a firmer pillow, and was told it can't be return nor exchange. I only used it for a day. Total Waste of my hard earned money. Very disappointed and differently not buying here again.

I was very skeptical, but had every intention of putting them in a guest room. I tried it for one night and fell in love with it. It is so comfortable and I wake up feeling well rested and refreshed.

It supports your head and neck without any resistance. My neck pain was gone after the first night's sleep! Highly recommend this pillow!

We bought the Tempur Breeze before and that one was a little to thick to sleep comfortably on it, but this one is just right :-)

It took me about a week to get used to using it. It seems very firm at first but your head gently sinks into softness while still being supported.

I fall fast asleep, get a completely restful sleep throughout the night and wake up refreshed. I believe this pillow has eliminated my sleep apnea as well as my back aches. During my life, I somehow wear out pillows within one-year. The TEMPUR-Cloud Pillow is firm, supportive and has kept its shape while giving me comfort since the day I bought it. I used to wake up with a crick in my neck every 3 or 4 days that would make it hard to turn my head. Since using the pillow, I don't think it has happened at all. I think it really helps.

This pillow is soft and heavy. I thought it was going to work for me but the first 5 minutes I knew this wasn't it. Your head just sinks down into it, no support whatsoever for the side sleeper and it's even uncomfortable for laying on your back. I'm keeping them for in back of my sleeping pillows. The hunt is still on for the perfect supportive side sleeper.
