Honestly, I was really hoping this pillow would help me sleep better, and I have mostly just been disappointed with it. When it arrived, I thought it was soft and a bit thin, but figured that was part of the design. Maybe this works well for people who sleep on their backs, but I sleep on my side. This pillow makes it feel like there is barely anything under my head and supporting my neck unless I scrunch it under my head. If it were adjustable for thickness or firmness with the original price I'd say this was great. As far as I know, I'm out the money and this pillow is kind of lackluster for the cost.

They go flat almost immediately after laying your head on them. Doesn't matter which position you sleep in either. Returns aren't allowed on pillows here which is kind of lame. Everywhere else will allow pillow returns. Not going to buy from here anymore. Especially 'personal items'

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quite a long time ago, I bought a tempur-pedic bed with mattress and pillows. They were absolutely wonderful. However, over the past year my pillow began to seem as though it was wearing out. It became less comfortable. So, I replaced it with the latest pillow and its cover. And, it was amazing at how much better it is.

I was having neck pain prior to ordering this well now less neck pain but have started having back pain and I wonder if the pillow is causing it. This pillow is too hard for me.

My Tempurpedic pillows feel soft but have just the right firmness that ive gone the longest without any neck pain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this BOGO for my partner as I have a TempurPedic pillow of my own at home and noticed she kept asking to sleep with it. We love it! Now we have enough pillows for both of us to use and sleep comfortably. We both were recently in a car accident and had concussions and neck pain and these definitely helped recover our pain.

I got a new Tempur-Pedic mattress, and wanted a new pillow also. This one was my favorite, and I love the option to unzip the cover to wash! I also bought a ProAdapt medium, also excellent. I had to retire my 19 year old Tempur-Pedic mattress and I knew a Tempur-Pedic was the only mattress I could ever be interested in!

I was not sleeping at all at night, but ever sense I've purchased the cloud I sleep straight through the night and don't have restless sleep and it has help me tremendously.
